I am forced to write this complaint about a particular employee Woolworths Takanini as Woolworths don't have any option on their website to do so. My complaint comes from bad customer service from one particular employee who has been rude for 2 months towards me and quite frankly I've had enough today Monday, 24 March 2025. Her name is Aman, she is rude and just simply rude. I had a chip problem with my bank card 2 months ago trying to pay groceries at a 'self help' section, I expected normally that the machine will ask me to swipe, but no it did not and there was Aman doing her job asking me to do it again after I told her numerous times that I need for the machine to 'ask for me to swipe my card', after mentioning numerous times, not only did she eye ball me and made me feel like I was stealing, she then finally clicked after 'finally listening' she took me to her other machine that could do so allow me to swipe and put my pin number with transaction cleared, however Aman kept going on and on about me changing my card so I am able to keep it easier for her and Woolworths, my response to Aman is NO as I have had no problems before at other woolworths supermakets visited Papakura, Mangere East, Westfield Manukau, Kmart, warehouse, bunnings to name quite a lot that allow for me to 'swipe' and complete transactions. Moving on and having come back to Woolworths Takanini a few more times and learning that 'Aman' said that you will have to go to our normal counter, I had found that their staff were educated to 'let me swipe' but still not on self service counter. Well guess what happened today, I lined up at Woolworths Takanini Monday, 24th March 2025 as I know their self service doesn't take my card 'swiped', I'm standing there and 'Aman' comes up to me and says, come to the self service counter, I said to her ...but you remember my card situation, she smiled and said...if so we can sort that out. Well, blow me over and stick something up my you know what, sucker me went to the self service and it happened again and when she finally came over to help she didn't really help, she took me to another machine outside the self service area and when doing the transaction, she says to me 'why haven't you replaced your card, this is too hard she says?' I say, what? you asked me to get out of line to go use it and you said you would help but your not helping, Aman totally walks away making me feel like an idiot again. My point of this complaint and I will continue it to Woolworths themselves when I find their damn email or contact details relevant is, this woman Aman is rude and her customer service is self serving. I'm so disappointed to be confronted with pre-judgement on her face and what she says, she is not trustworthy and certainly needs to be put on notice for her behaviour as many of the other staff at this establishment are accommodating, well mannered and respectful, why is it just her! Maybe Aman needs counselling and help as she may have had quite a lot of bad experience with brown coloured islanders or Maori that have upset her and made her more tuff and judgy no excuse as I'm a customer full stop!, but unfortunately Aman has met through this process someone nice and willing to meet you and Woolworths half way, and some my half way has stopped check your cameras Takanini Woolworths, to treat me like you did today Aman, you crossed the line for me and quite frankly, brown, white, black, whatever your background is community...you should never be treated like you are lower then anyone. Aman, get some help, I will not give up on my complaint and will make a formal one tc the company you work for, we all have problems but your customer service is crap and your face, attitude is biased, judgy and down right racist and I have given you lee way for why you may feel this way, but you put me on a trap today and made me feel like so disrespected. I will not stop until I get a response from your employer.

Bought this garlic bread from countdown Takanini 3 days ago and opened today, found full on fungus. Expiry date is 16 July 2024 and today is only 05 July 2024nWe put in the recommended temp but still? ‍‍
Bought some kimchi from this Woolworth not long ago and it has mold on it, ate a bit of it before realizing.. do better, we shouldn't have to worry about these things, especially for the price of it.
Helpful staff at the self service counters. They close late at 10pm, good for when I need something urgent after hours. :
