SICK! One of the worst cakes we bought. We celebrated our anniversary and everyone complained that the cake tasted off and was too floury. Icing had a discolouration as it may have been old , then we checked the expiration date and it seems someone scratched the old expiration label off from the box, the scratches and scuffs were clearly visible, photos were taken. Went today to get refund, apparently you have to fill out a form and email to get refund, staff were adamant that the cake was perfect, so it means the 10 people were were wrong who actually ate the cake. Over 80% of the cake was untouched. Luckily our kids did not eat it as one person got a bad upset stomach. Upon asking for refund, I tried to get a slice of passion fruit cheesecake and the manager said "NOPE!, YOU DONT LIKE OUR CAKES! SO I WILL NOT SELL YOU THIS". Worst attitude, wasted time, money and fuel to go there twice, Do not recommend at all. Please check expiration panel on the box incase they do it again. They have no way of having good customer service and retention in dealing with situations like this. AVOID!!!! Rubbish quality with premium pricing. I wouldn't have given this feedback but the way they handled my complaint was really horrible, I got really upset. Please learn how to deal with complaints so customers can come back. Never again.
Please make all your staff practise piping skills in writing on the cakes so that the lettering doesn't look like the monkeys played with it. Waste of $5.
Lovely young lady who served us just before close today. Great manners, great customer service.
We have order eggless cake it is ment to be with cherries but we got without cherries and lady said bring it back its not our fault..how can we do that in last minute and $5 for only happy birthday not worth it as well.
So it was my sisters birthday and we were getting her cake and the cake was WRONG we ordered Black Forrest with LOL doll photo and it looked so good but was the wrong cake don’t advice you to go there IT WAS HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Good for last minute birthday or special occasion cakes but never worth the price of how much just a little writing can cost. Spent a good amount on a friends birthday cake only to find the cake had been pre made and perhaps frozen solid as when I received the top was hard as a rock and for the price the job was amateur. Hugely disappointed
Been there couple of times to purchase cake. I don't why I felt this shop or this franchise over proudy and greedy to make money. Charging over price when ask for to write down on the cake.
Hopeless service with uber eats not even packed properly as a uber eats
I nothing but phrase for this store. I have asked at the last minute for 4x birthday cakes and they done me proud. This place is my gò to plus the yummest cakes has never let me down.
