I am beyond upset with what has been done to my dog. Here I have a before photo of his eye and 2 after photos before and after grooming. On arrival at animates groomers I had a nervous but healthy dog no redness in his eyes just a healthy dog. First off the groomer was very rude and treated us like ignorant dog owners. we've had my baby for 9 years and he's never had health issues till now. I rung them as soon as I got home and noticed his eye and the woman on the phone proceeds to tell me he'd had the eye issue since before the grooming. if that was true why wasn't I informed? and besides that why would she lie the woman barely even knew who I was or what dog I was talking about! I heard her call to another groomer asking if she knew my dog!!!! do not come here.
Shirley is the absolute best! We've been coming in for years and only had the very best service from Shirley! Full of information and so helpful. Always good for a laugh too.
Welcoming staffs with lovely service. Was assisted with such patience very pleased. Above all staffs products knowledge is awesome which made by shopping easier. Highly recommended
Just starting going to this branch always clean and knowledgeable helpful staff animal enthusiasts. Don't feel like I've changed stores.
Whenever I call into the branch the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of stock too.
Sad to see there are no more animals on display except for fish. They seem to have everything else that your pet needs and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would be great if they could bring back the animals.
The best pet store to get all your pet supplies from. Their customer service is exceptional! They not only help you find what you need, they also educate you on the product that you're after so that you make the best decision. We've had to make a few exchanges, returns, etc. and they've always done it without a fuss. No questions asked. They are simply superb. We have been shopping with them for some years now and they are still the best, hands down! Kudos to them and their management!
It's a great place to buy fishes nd pets, dogs and mice! They have beautiful fishes! The price is high though!
It is a pleasure to enter this store as you are greeted with a smile and a hello. Staff always happy to assist my needs.
I took my dog for a full wash and groom and my dog came back with her tail was missing.and I was talked into buying a $50 dog brush because the groomer was extremely rude and told me my brush was no good. This was 6 months ago. My dog was treated badly and I have never and will never go back
