All about your car needs , pretty much something for everyone from the serious auto guys n girls to the Dumbo like me who still isn't sure where the oil goes!! ..lols... But seriously the great staff will see you right , very knowledgeable.
Rang and ordered parts for my car, said they would ring on tuesday, no call, i rang on wednesday no parts had been ordered, reordered them from a helpful young lady, received a call next day parts were in but got home wrong parts were ordered for me. Went back in next day received parts that were in stock all along and then only credited for 1 part not 2 so have to go back again! I can see they are trying but understaffed and young staff have no experience.
Hopeless is all I can say, over a month ago came in to get a thermo switch they where short staffed so had to waiting for ages understandable showed the guy the temp switch what it was for and correct temp. He found one in another store said he would order it will be there Monday and will give me a call. Two weeks no call so went in again on a Sunday after a long wait he couldn’t recall then took my sample and looked it up again and actually ordered it again I told him the temp it had to be. Another two weeks no call so in again and found part was there asked if it’s right temp showed him the sample again and he said yes. Got it home and doesn’t fit and after looking online it’s the wrong temp
My son ordered a product and couldn't receive it as he is underage so i went along with him. He is a creative minded youth whom loves to redo guitars and also plays the guitar himself. My son is a Metallica Fan.

Great place for car fixtures or any other accessories required or to replace. Got great service from Leo while buying new battery, helpful and definitely understands provided Mother’s Day special price on purchase.
First I had to ask if someone could help me, the man serving wasn't exactly enthused to be serving a customer. Looked like he'd rather be doing something else. He went to take a phone call and the next man to serve me was really nice and very helpful. Bought a few simple things, wiper blades, light bulb light cover cleaner and cleaning cloth. Apparently they don't put wipers on or any kind of help. Thank goodness where I took the car for a warrant did it all for me at no charge.
Went in today and the first thing I noticed was none of the staff were wearing masks although they should be. Second thing was that they were really under staffed. The lady at the counter told me that she doesn’t even work at this branch she was there to help. There were heaps of customers and I could tell she was stressed being the only one at the front of the store going back and forth helping customers, I felt really sorry for her but she was super helpful and kind so big ups to her. Hope to see staff wearing masks when I go in the future.
