My experience at this store was absolutely terrible. I specifically ordered a large hot chocolate without marshmallows, but the first drink still had marshmallows in it. When I asked for a remake, the second drink was nothing but water with chocolate powder dumped in. It's incredibly frustrating when staff members can't even get a simple order right and ruin the entire customer experience. It's unacceptable and I hope the management takes immediate action to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. This kind of incompetence is simply inexcusable.
It's a petrol station what more can you say. Other than that, the traffic is terrible to get on to the motor way. Actually, there are some good food places close by.
Got coffee with 2 sugar , I thought they didn’t put sugar in , but when I finished coffee the all sugar sitting in bottom of cup , they didn’t mixed it well , every bp have this problem and they don’t even provide mixing straw
Such a bad service for car wash I went today for wash my car. There’s no chemicals at all. I called them inside the car wash for help. Lady said my manager is not available for next 1 hour. how come manager not inside the premises?
Charged car, nice enough shop. Men’s toilets possibly the most disgusting things in New Zealand. Be better.
