At Bunnings Takanini, the delivery gate is regularly not opened on time, causing long waiting periods for truck drivers.nnWe wait outside with no communication and no urgency from staff. Time is valuable for drivers, and this store does not seem to respect it.nnThis issue happens repeatedly and needs urgent attention from management.
Very disappointed with the van hire team. They cancelled my original pickup and rebooked me in Manukau, promising to give me one extra hour because I had to travel there .However, when I arrived, the story was completely different. They did not honor what was promised.Poor communication and very unprofessional service. I would not recommend them.
It's not too bad. Sometimes stock is low or the app vs. where it is in store does not match. There is nothing worse than trying to find somebody to help you and the staff member is doing their best to avoid you. When I politely asked if she could help me. She was very rude and annoyed that I had bothered her. Appalling Customer Service attitude so I walked out not buying paint. I really needed to buy.
Really bad experience at Bunnings Takanini. Yesterday, When I went to the timber section, there was no staff around to help. I called One guy, he initially told me they couldn’t cut the sheet today and suggested to come back the next day. Then he pointed me to a lady who can help, I asked for a measuring tape, she just told me someone take it. She also didn't check the price for me, even though she had a scanner.nnAt the checkout, the older staff were nice, but there was a young guy scanning receipts who completely ignored an elderly woman who couldn't walk properly when she dropped her things. I asked him to help, but he didn’t, so I had to pick up the item and give it back to the old lady. Even old lady was upset nd saying no one is gentlemen here. it just felt like nobody cared. The lack of service and care was really disappointing.
