Had such a bad experience dealing here. I had a issue with my lawn mower. I went there so that someone can have a look at it, the girl at the reception said she will contact me the next day once they review the lawn mower .nI waited for 1 day , nobody callednI went to visit the store the 2nd day and i was told that nobody told them about this lawnmower and it was still lying at the place , where i left 2 days ago.nnAnyways, this another lady was nice and explained everything and also told me that they will send the mower for repair and will contact me when it's done.nIt's been a month and i went in today to check if it's still getting repaired.nTo my surprise , it is fully repaired , and they never informed me.nIf you are getting such a bad customer service, I will think twice going back to them again .
A large modern DIY store set on Takanini Straight just north of Papakura. There is plenty of dedicated parking and good pedestrian access. I quickly found what I was looking for with a range of options available. I was looking for a battery operated sander, and opted for a Ryobi sander, two batteries and charger Unfortunately I decided overnight that this was not a good option and returned the goods next day. A credit was readily granted, though it is taking a day or two for the credit to show up on my bank account.
Still waiting for a part i ordered and paid for 2 months ago, special orders service is appalling, follow up takes hours of waiting till someone is available. Dont buy promotional hardware from bunnings the follow up is a nightmare.
