Door dashed some pies and one of those black currant and lime refresher drinks that cost $7.50. How bout the pies arrived cold like they just came straight outta the fridge and my drink came in a mini cup ‍ like seriously not even my 5 year olds thirst would be satisfied with that small cup. If that is the actual size of the cup then you guys need to update your pictures to this baby cup and lower the price too. So disappointed. Lucky door dash is processing my refund.
I kindly asked the staff member where the restroom was located. She looked at me blankly and simply shook her head. I asked again and received the same response before she walked out back. Very poor customer service. At a minimum, I would expect staff to acknowledge and engage with customers verbally, even if they are unable to assist.
The range of hot food here is amazing, the pie warmer is stacked full of so many different flavours and I highly recommend the hotdog on the stick.nGreat store here, always really clean and looked after with super friendly staff.nnJames AshwinnKakapo Business
Came here a few months ago to get something to eat. Checking the expiry dates on the food in the warmer I found almost all of it to be expired by a day or two. Yuck.
1 word trash definitely don't recommend one of the lady's starts to conversate with customers then ignores you highly don't recommend
