Friendly staff, very helpful too. I came to look for space saver for my Toyota Prius. The staff immediately identify the location of the car and direct me to it. Very cheap too. I highly recommend. You'll definitely find something!

Have been here a few times over the years. If you are looking for specific car parts, highly recommend signing up on the website to receive alerts. Search your car preference before hand. $2 entry fee, enclosed shoes required. Price list at exit or in website.

Went in this morning to get the egr valve for my Honda Jazz. Very polite and professional service not to mention incredibly decent price for the item. Highly recommended.

Run by the rudest people. I wasn't aware that they mark parts if you bring it in to compare. I was carrying it in my hand on the way in and they should have seen it. On the way out the grumpy old man asked if he can look at it, i gave it to him and he then said he sees it as being theirs and i had to pay to just take my part back?? Really?? Seems like they take advantage to steal parts from people.They could have told me that on my way in, i had the part in my hand... If he wanted to be sure he could just check the camera, but instead just reffused to give it back. The rustest person i've ever spoken with.

5-Star for the setup and range, staff are helpful most of the time / friendly. However - some of the people who go there are  monkeys - ripping / tearing apart perfectly good car interiors - breaking off trims / snapping tabs etc - I know its a 'self-serve' pick a part but do everyone a favor and take some proper tools in and take your time - others want the parts you think you can just rip off and break... Otherwise great place!!
