Prices for parts are fair and affordable.nA wide variety of make and models to choose from and vehicles are categorized in organized areas that are within easy access.nTools are accessible on site although it does pay to arrive prepared with your hand tools.nStaff are wonderful and friendly.

Friendly staff, very helpful too. I came to look for space saver for my Toyota Prius. The staff immediately identify the location of the car and direct me to it. Very cheap too. I highly recommend. You'll definitely find something!

Staff behavior is not good and racial discrimination.Describes wrong part in invoice and charges more, we bought fuel pump module and charged us for bcm module. Totally a different part. He told us to take the whole pump cause its with the pump when we took the whole pump he told us to pay for the whole pump again and now says that part doesn't come with pump

Scored new tyre $65 bucks it was going to cost over $1000 from Nissan to order from Japan they said there was none in NZ

Once you get hang of finding vehicles it is not too bad.  1 part, $25, didn't work.   But I knew about no returns before I went in.  Given that the parts are sold related to a specific vehicle, I figure it would be good to be able to know beforehand  if the part is available.
