brought a 5m scaffolding, very well priced...have used it for a job for a month...once get used to it assembly and disassembly is a piece of cake. by one person . the platform is a bit heavyplywood would be nice if they have a aluminum one.
Inferior customer service and our gate sensors went faulty and under warranty, and he refused to replace them. Very arrogant owner. I will never recommend them
Bought 3.5m SS04 scaffolding, easy transaction & pick up fitted into back of Nissan AD station wagon. Item as described, well priced, sound quality & helpful staff. Simple assembly. Heeding advice from other buyers, will paint the plyboard decks before use to weatherproof. Looking forward to making those difficult access jobs easier.
we bought a gate on Saturday and the size was different and when we went to return it and buy more panels, he said you can buy more but dont return it. that person is really useless i dont recommend buying from him. We buy lot of goods from him but his customer service is very poor and plus we don't want money back, just need buy more and the gate is not cheap. On trademe people sell $1000 and his price is $1175 and and wrong size. Read the reviews before buying from here, don't make a mistake like me.
So far have been very impressed with the quality for price of these driveway and pedestrian gates. Generally helpful over phone and an easy ordering process, usually arriving in Tauranga the next morning.
Purchased a faulty item and refused to cooperate. Not willing to refund/replace/repair/ or give any advice. Never mentioned about warranty or return policy. Do not buy from this store as the quality of the items are terrible and service is even worse.
He is such a arrogant and rude person, No respect for customers. The motor start having issues now and NO idea how long this motor will be survive. He made one demo in his warehouse to show the clients that how the motor works but when you take motor home there are some parts are missing and sometime motor does not communicate with remote at all.......I told him about this but instead apologise or accept his own mistake, he was blaming me for all this. His sales trainee is so kind and on other hand he is completely opposite. I will never recommend him or Building easy ltd to anyone ever.
Bought a gate opener for these guys it only lasted a week or so before the main circuit board faulted. Had a battle to get a replacement circuit board under warranty. They also refused to pay for the technicians time to remove and replace their faulty product. Do not use these people they are not honorable! Further to the owners reply of the 8th of November, to comment would give his comments creedence!
The owner of building easy is a crook. The product he supplied was of poor quality and failed after two weeks. They wouldn't honor the warranty, don't use them
Great service. Good quality material. Definitely recommend this company!
