Unfortunately the store is looking very tired and is in desperate need of a refurbishment. Prices can be high but they regularly have great sales. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Asked the lady if any other stores had the item I was after, she said no they are all gone. A quick 2 min call to the civic store by myself and im on the way now to go pick up the item that they DO have in stock.... thanks alot for nothing useless lazy lady in myer Belconnen. Customer service in top floor myer Belconnen =  do it yourself...

called to see if a product was in stock and was hung up on after being "on hold" ie. listening to store surroundings. the store itself could do with some tlc compared to others in the country
