Kmart Belconnen is always a great place to visit if you need any knick knacks at home or if you just want to go shopping at 10:30 at night.nnThis Kmart used to be open 24 hours, which was even better as you can go in the middle of the night if you need a heater or an extra blanket but unfortunately it is now only open until 11 pm, which is still good enough.nnThe print centre here is good value for money as well although over Christmas be sure to leave contingency as they have been known to run out of ink over the festive season!
Kmart Belco is great for grabbing affordable basics like clothes, household items, or snacks. The prices are budget-friendly, but the store can feel a bit dated, and stock isn’t always consistent. Customer service is hit or miss, depending on the time of day. It’s solid for quick, cheap finds, though it’s not as polished or varied as other big retailers.
I love kmart but ugh hate this store!! They never have half the stuff I want in stock, and it never even seems to be restocked. Any remotely popular item and even things you wouldn't think would be or plus sized options are rarely in stock at all.nnI keep having to do click and collect and even then many items get refunded. It's really frustrating.nnAlso, the changing rooms are always messy with hangers and left behind products, and super dusty - I have a severe dust allergy so this sucks.nnThere is often a line for the check outs, but they almost never have the second set of checkouts near the front option. I assume this is because they don't have enough staff to supervise both.nnFinally, it is so hot! Now it's getting warmer I am really noticing it, I was sweating like crazy today. There seems to be no aircon at all in here :
Terrible service. First time ordering photos for next day pick up based on someone else's experience. Over 48 hours and no communication. Can't reach the store as no one answers the main store phone and the photo lab phone is constantly engaged. Not a service I will use again, there are so many competitors in this space, you can't promise next day pick up and then not be able to provide this service.
