Big W Gungahlin in Canberra is fantastic! The store is always well-organized, making it easy to find everything. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are unbeatable. A great shopping experience every time. Highly recommend for all your household and personal needs!
Today, I went shopping at Big W and bought a few things. After I paid, the woman at the counter was rude to me for no reason. I did not appreciate her attitude. She asked me to return the blue bucket to its proper place. While I do not mind doing so, she could have been more polite. Her bossy manner, possibly due to my youthful appearance, was disappointing and reflected poorly on the store's customer service.
We normally do big laybuys for Christmas online. We unfortunately did this year's with this store. Travelled an hour to go to this store to have inadequate trolleys which don't fit anything in them. Rude staff member at the laybuy counter who wouldn't even allow us to open the bags to check our items. We drove all the way home to notice items were missing. Contacted the bigw for them to tell us that an investigation has opened and the store will be giving me a call within 24-48 hours, to which we had no call at all!. Just steal our items we paid for. Absolute disgrace
Today I went shopping at big w and bought some stuff. After paying who ever the lady was at the counter was so rude to me for no reason. I really didn’t like her attitude. And she asked me to go back and put the blue bucket where it belongs. I mean isn’t it their job to do it. I don’t have any problem doing that but they should asked it politely. She was bossing me around may be because I look like a kid. It was so disappointed and really poor customer service.
I'm so embarrassed to admit, I was in today asking for an exchange of an item. Turns out I had the wrong receipt. Staff were very patient with me and helped me anyways. I'm so grateful. Worth giving a good review for.
