We visited this large department store to look for stationery. They have many departments including apparel, toys, electrical, home, bedding and more. The staff at the entrance told us where the stationery section was. When we arrived there, we asked the staff where a particular item was and she led us to the item. We managed to buy the items we needed but there was a slight issue at checkout. We needed to get a member of the staff to reset the self checkout machine before it would accept cash. We managed to complete the purchase and prices were reasonable.
I regularly come into Kmart at Gungahlin and this is the worst shopping experience!!! Shop is disgusting. Gross overflowing bin next to the checkout that smelt horrible. Came into the shop to look for some essenitals and was surprised I didnt find a rat jumping out at me from the filth. Went to find help for missing items that say they are in stock and the only person I saw on the check out was scrolling on his phone. Walked out and hope to never walk back in. To Big W I go.
Kmart Gungahlin online pick up orders used to be good, but last year just before the Xmas holiday, orders are missing and they mark them fully picked up. I had to call twice for a huge order to claim a refund for items missing worth $300, where they advised that they have to check their security images of staff packing items.nnIt's sad to see that people are dishonest and rip off customers due to their staffs dishonesty.
Kmart in Gungahlin is excellent! The store is clean and well-stocked with a wide variety of products at great prices. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. It's my go-to place for affordable shopping. Highly recommend for a pleasant and hassle-free experience!
What a mess. They must be struggling for staff as there were virtually no staff in the store - on a Wednesday! Shelves were empty, messy and large stock carts were blocking aisles. No one anyone to ask questions and hardly any staff on the checkouts. I was surprised as I've never seen a Kmart like this before. Went to Big W and complete opposite with clean aisles, stock arranged neatly and plenty of staff around to help out.
