Went there today 6 October 2022 at around 5:20pm with a baby. I was astounded at how aloof and careless the manager was. He never served me while he was counting the till. Communicated poorly to his staff which ended up confusing them and left me waiting unnecessarily for quite some time. This guy is certainly doing Harris Scarfe a disservice.
Great shop only smaller than their big Adelaide flagstone, but good buys
My experience was so bad. One of the staff was not trying to help and address concerns but find excuses to push you back. No proper patience at all.
Terrible experience with the manager Kylie on Sunday the 5th. I went to Harris Scarfe to buy a fitted electrical blanket which was advertised at $69.99 however when I got to the counter the actual price was $100. The gentleman at the counter and I went to check the sign and price he said that the sign was positioned in the wrong place. He said he would check with the manager if the incorrect advertised product would be price matched. However the manager came back and said that she could not police the price tags placements as they could be moved by customers. I felt attacked that I would be accused of moving the tags. I felt scammed as a customer. I left the store immediately and will not return.
Great products and excellent customer service.
Was trying to choose an electric fitted sheet, a staff came over and staring at me with angry look like as if I have done something wrong then walked toward an half open box which was opened before me. She close the box cover and speak rudely to me: "we arecloading in 5 minutes.
Smells nice compared to the Westfield complex
The products are good quality. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly Just wish they had more Super King bedding available:-
Calvin Klien shirts being advertised at 24.99 but when you go to the extremely busy service counter the price is $39.99, I told them about the advertised price but was told that is what I will be charged. The other staff on the floor was really helpful, just had a not so good experience with the service counter.
Great stores and need to save them. They offer a great range at reasonable prices. Must have under performing CEO and Directors...to allow these stores to fall into Administration due to debts.
