I feel it's the luck of the draw with this place, I had amazing help from 2 of the pharmacists and good service from other staff serving at the front of the shop over a long period. My most recent contact with a pharmacist there was less impressive, they were inattentive, I had to repeat basic information several times and they had a way of saying "that's alright" at inappropriate times. This call was about a prescription I had received from that with a faulty device, I did not receive clear guidance from the pharmacist or any reassurance at all. I would really like to receive more personalised care as I found the interaction very stressful and did not resolve the issues I have. Of course the star rating is so arbitrary, before today I would have given 4 or 5, today I feel like giving 2, I'm splitting the difference.

Low level of customer service - 4+ staff, 1 serving the line of 8+ customers. slow processing - then forced to sign a Efpos receipt - with the explanation being, ''just have to''. wont be going back any time soon.

Pharmacist was rude and extremely unhelpful. Strongly suggest going to another chemist where the pharmacist treats you with some common courtesy
