This pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies that I have ever been to / worked at. The staff are pleasant to talk to and will do everything in their ability to help you. Everyone there is a super star.

Ron, you have been an amazing owner and friend. I have watched from the side as you served customers with the highest standard and did your very best to accommodate everyone to the extent of your ability.
Jocelyn, it was fun talking to you. Watching as you served everyone and still have a laugh with them. Making them feel welcomed and letting them enjoy the experience at the pharmacy.
Oanh, thanks for being the best mentor there was. You would always support me and help me in what I do. Explaining things to me so that I can improve myself.
Without you 3, I would of not have improved this much.
To the floor staff, it was a blast working with you all. Looking at your focus your attention to the customer's needs and helping them to the best of your knowledge.
If anyone of you can forgive me, lets sit down and have a coffee (my shout). 
For Ron: to what happened earlier, I am sorry. I will learn and become a better person. It is time for me to get my act together.

It would really be helpful if the refund policy is stated while selling any product as it's different than most of the retailers!

I came to Melbourne Central Pharmacy last Thursday evening  to buy some cold tablets for my younger sister. I was a bit nervous asking for advice since I rarely come to pharmacies, but the staff members here made me feel very comfortable and they provided me with lots of helpful advice.

A very very happy customer! Ron is a superstar! I was in and out very quickly and saw him deal not only with me in an extremely polite and friendly way but multiple people. He even handled the very annoying ones (there are always some!) very graciously! Loved it and I will always go back to this pharmacy now! I had the bad luck of going to another pharmacy in QV and this one was in stark contrast!
