Just arrived from overseas and needed some deodorant that was confiscated at the airport.  Also required a phone charger.nSurprised to find they had a phone charger and cable at half the price being asked by 7 Eleven.  Massive store and should have all your chemist needs.nAlso good selection of fragrances.

If you need help finding an item that is not displayed on the shelf, do not expect any assistance, even though you physically showed it to the staff. Asking for help alone resulted in visible sighing and being sent back and forth multiple times.nnRather going to the Southbank one, where at least staff are helpful.

If I could give this CWH 0 Stars I would. I ordered a Click and Collect it was only for a Foundation. I have a Degenerative Spinal Disease so don't drive and had no Photo ID, I had all my other forms of ID on me and JENNY at the front counter snapped at me worse than a Dog and said NO I had to have Photo ID even though I had an email confirmation from them. I am 56 not a child! I felt so Degraded and Humiliated and Unwelcome I will NEVER come back to this CWH again. There are heaps of people out there with great personalities and Customer Service Skills out  there trying to get a job and they employ a Rude Unempathetic person to serve Customers.nLift your Customer Service CWH STH MELBOURNE!

Unfortunately they didn't offer the products I was liking for but they were SUPER helpful in helping me find out.nnWhen you first walk in, you might be overwhelmed by the high stacks of products tags. I immediately asked a worker stocking shelves if she had some products and she immediately stopped and supported. Amazing service! Just wish they had the products I was looking for.

One of the smaller branches, though usually pretty well stocked regardless. Like any chemist warehouse, you should be able to find what you need, at most likely the cheapest price you'll find around. Has the usual products you expect to find at the chemist like Panadol and vitamins, but also other household general products like soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid though the latter not always the cheapest compared to supermarkets. This store for some reason still has over the counter products like flu medicine and lozenges behind the prescription counter, so you'll have to queue for it and ask for it. This branch is open longer hours compared to the southbank branch. Main street allows 1 hr free parking 8am to 6pm mon-sat , otherwise not monitored, as of July 2023. Pics with the ample parking spaces taken just after 9am on Sunday, can be pretty booked out business hours.
