This year I came here many times because of different health issues and today was another one of them. I went to get some cold/flu medicine for myself and the staff noticed how my eyes were watery and nose running so she gave me an instant drink hydration packet. I don’t see these type of gestures very often and I feel so grateful for that, specially in the winter where people tend to get sick more often. Thank you very much for the great service and I’ll continue to come here for future needs

Nice store, but onlywent there to get stick on nails and they had only 1 or two lines .. Would have got more variety or larger pack sizes from coles or Woolworths, even though that was the reason i went to chemist warehouse. I did manage to get other things i meeded from there pretty cheap however ot wasnt monsy I intended on spending when i went there. Hmmm

I understand that theft is an issue, but there is no good reason that I’m constantly followed by security. I live around and am a regular customer, if I didn’t steal something the 4th time, I’m not going to steal on the 14th.nnEven if you bought something the day before, you’ll still be followed. Staff are really nice and helpful, but there are so many other chemists close by, I would give this one a miss.

Staff are nice but the heater is always cranked up to 28 degress, good lord! Get some long sleeve shirts for the staff and turn it down a bit pls.

Staff members and security have always been very friendly. Feels much less hectic than some other CW stores and there's a good range of products. Have also gotten quick and painless vaccinations done here.
