Do not visit this pharmacy as they mislead customers on displayed prices and in turn accuse customer of modifying evidence.  I was trying to buy a rice rusk for my kid and of the different flavours on display, the “sweet potato & carrot” flavour has the price label of $2.89. This is $0.40 cheaper than other flavours that are priced at $3.29, so, I decided to buy this and took a photo see attached so that they could charge me the correct price i.e. as advertised on the pink label and not confuse the price with other flavours.  At the counter, the item was scanned and priced at $3.29 on their system. This is inconsistent with the pink price label on their shelves. When I presented the photo I took a few minutes ago, the cashier accused me of taking this photo from another store and modifying this to get a $0.40 discount.  I disagree and she said that she will check the shelves. When she came back the first time around, she continued to accuse me of modifying the photo and that the correct price is $3.29. Since this is a matter of principle, I continue to stand my ground and ask them to provide me a receipt so that I could make a complaint to consumer affairs over this false advertising of the pink label.The cashier then went off for the second time to talk to the manager. This time, she came back and admit that there is a pink label of $2.89 incorrectly on the shelf. But, as she wanted to have the last word, she then accused me of being rude to her. I proceeded to purchase the item at $2.89 and collected the receipt.  There have been other unpleasant encounters in this store, witnessed by me and other customers, but this incident has taken the top prize for the worst encounter. Other staffs in other chemist warehouse pharmacies have better attitude and customer service, therefore, I would encourage everyone to shop in other stores.  If you do shop in this store for items which prices may vary like the rapid antigen tests, it would be better to take a photo of the displayed price in case there is a price dispute.

Would be nice if just once I could shop here with out the aisles being blocked, preventing me from accessing the items I want to buy.

Pretty solid chemist warehouse. Very easy to access from the nearby tram, has most things in stock and a lot of check outs, so you don't have to hang around for long.

Always found them obliging, friendly, helpful.  Plenty of choice on the shelves. Dispensing my monthly medicine always in stock is done promptly and accurately.  A happy customer!

I'm unwell at home alone and just around the corner And I paid extra for an express service which I assume would deliver next day as it STATES on their website but since 9am it has been in transit its now 6pm and I can't contact anyone via ph .....recorded message and on line they just keep sending a tracking message DONT offer something you can't promise. it's  ot OK!!!! if I knew the use Auspost to do express service I would not have ordered from them !!! Disappointed and what qnnoys me most is from the feedback I've seen they really don't care

Disgustingly bad service from all the pharmacists working here. I ordered medicine over the phone only to be told it hadn't even been ordered at all when I arrived for collection a day later. On another occasion and similar to another review on here, I bought the incorrect vitamins because the shelf was stacked incorrectly against the ticket. Interestingly when I returned one week later, it was still stacked in the same fashion i.e., incorrectly and the pharmacist had the nerve to adjust the shelf in front of me with no apology. Perhaps this is my mistake but the arrogance and response from the pharmacist when I asked if an exchange was possible is mind boggling with a flat out refusal and some further dribbling. The only thing this place has going for it is the opening hours, otherwise avoid and try Woods Pharmacy 50m down the road and I promise you will never return here unless Woods is closed. The 3.7 average review rating is far too high for this place, so I've given one star to bring it back down to where it should be. Thanks for reading and well done if you read this far :

Purchased 2 lipsticks and went back for a refund on one as I had got a better colour in another Chemistwarehouse 10 days later and they said 7 days is their policy. No one told me this when purchased and they said it was on docket.Photo attached After looking I needed to go to website for this.Most places have a 30 day money back guarantee and I suggested that staff need to tell clients this when purchasing items. They offered me an exchange which I was ok to do but wanted to charge me $2 extra, why. If they were into customer service they would of done the right thing with only 3 days over. Especially in the current situation Melbourne is in with COVID. Someone else has put up a bad review as they picked up Vitamin C instead of D and again would not exchange. Very bad service and I and I hope others will  not support this bad service and not shop there.I am a local who likes to support local businesses but not when given this situation

Disgusting service 3rd time I've waited 10 plus minutes to be served for a prescription.

I went there to get an authorised person’s signature pharmacist for an important document. It’s a very simple task and they just have to verify my identity and sign the form. The pharmacist rejected to sign the form as I took it out without even looking at it. She was very rude and impolite. I don’t know why she would reject signing it but she could have politely rejected, there was no need to be rude about it. This incident has put me off and I’m never going to go back to this store. I don’t want to encounter “professionals” who are rude and impolite to people coming in their store for no reason at all. Very bad experience.
