Since this store has lack of customer service, this place is the best place to research products withtout asking staff.nSome products have a long shelf lifenI wouldn't recommend if you need some help.nUsually I need some assistance and won't choose here.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy incorrectly labelled my antibiotics. If I didn’t double check it myself, I would have taken the wrong doze between the two for a course of 7 days.

Very disappointed at the manager that was on shift at 8pm today. Other staff had to do his job for him he had no idea what he was doing. His customer service skills and assistance was very low. He had glasses on and when I asked a question he looked at me in a very condescending way like I should already know the answer. When I asked him that I want to cancel the click and collect order he asked me to do it myself. Which then I tried but it was not possible. Which he should know as a manager. Later a girl named Nina helped me with my issue. She was lovely and had way more knowledge than the “manager” and great customer service.

Very disappointed with the service from Shenyuan X today. I showed her a picture of the fish oil I wanted, and without checking the system or shelves properly, she immediately told me it was unavailable. After leaving, I checked the Chemist Warehouse website and found it was actually in stock. I went back and another staff member confirmed they had it.nnThis wasted my time and felt very dismissive. Staff should at least check properly before telling customers a product is unavailable.

nnAn extremely congested butbgood store squuezed in the forever-busy Bourke St that sells medicines for what it's most famous for- low prices. Although it took me a while to find the prescription counter while walking between the narrow aisles populated by other customers, I was glad that the waiting time was very minimal, and I got what I wanted.nnOne thing that they've implemented for the ease of customers is that I was billed at the same counter where I received my medicine from, instead of it being put inside a licked box and carry it a the way to the entrance reception for billing. This is the first time I came across this.nn‍‍nnThe staff were all right, on point with their work and constantly addressing the customers' queries. Given the hectic nature of the store, I really appreciate their mental fortitude and steadfastness in their work.nnOverall, it's good that we've multiple CW stores in the heart of the city for our convenience.
