If I could give 6 stars plus I would ‘ very friendly very helpful. Only thing is I would not go here if your in a hurry because the shop is full of customers who think this place is superb all patiently waiting their turn ‘ just like I did and walked away very happy as they managed a repair to my whipper snipper which I was told was not fixable’ also bought my new mower today and it’s fantastic ‘nAnd out with the old which they offered to take off me . He was honest and said if their was any parts they could use they would
Terrific help from the staff, but the front desk lady was spoiling for a fight the moment we walked in the door! Definitely worth visiting just for a bit of verbal sparring with her, if that's your thing. Oh, and good for mowers and stuff too.
Waited 10-15 minutes Inside the quite store and the old lady didn't say anything to me just sat there on her computer with headphones on eating her lunch, im all for having lunch but not hard to say a hello ill get someone for you. all I was after was a spark plug but clearly was to much work to acknowledge someone has walked through the doornI ended up leaving she was very rude
Great service. Picked up a nice Victa which made short work of our big backyard. Paid a little extra to get the 4 blade mulch version which means not having to empty the catcher every few minutes. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much Sam for your wonderful help and advice when my daughter visited you yesterday with our chainsaw that wouldn’t go ‍ Prompt and friendly service is not always available these days but you went above and beyond. I didn’t get the lady’s name that answered the phone when I rang but she was lovely and very helpful. Always bring our “problems “ to you and always happy with the service. Thank you again.
