Spent 3 nights here. The the caretaker, Jill, was VERY welcoming and helpful. She put me in a great spot right next to the creek where I was treated to the sight of platypus swimming and foraging for food. She even brought me some local venison jerky to try. I'm from the USA and was missing my cattle dogs so she let me spend some time with her red heeler, Tilly. Perfect place for an unfussy, 62 year old American who travels alone. Highly recommend.

Great campsite. Kitchen with fridge. Powered and unpowered sites. Showers for 60cents. Good location for tents and caravans. The owner was very friendly even when we arrived late in the night. I recommend it

Small caravan and camping ground approximately 3k outside of Mole Creek. Very busy during peak season, so can be crowded. Best sites are along Sassafras Creek but not all of these have power and water. Interestingly the creek has a daily surge flow created by subterranean syphonic action at the source.
