We stayed in a power site with a slab. $35 per night. A small caravan park but has different offers, from free camp to self contained cabins. Amenities are serviceable. Near by park is very pretty. It is closed to town.

Stay at the camp site for 1 night and I will never go back to this place. Apparently this place attract a lot of youngsters. During my night there, there are 2 groups of youngsters making so much noise at night. The first group is at the kitchen and the second at the camp site. They on the music so loud, shouting, arguing until middle of the night. I walk to the reception at 11pm and it is close . I understand at that hour it should be close but they should display a phone number that people can call or restrict the place to be silent after 10pm. I only manage to get my sleep at 1am when the groups finally stop making noise. So I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to get a sleep. The toilet is not clean as well.

We were on a powered site, originally booked for 3 nights, but we like it so much we stayed for 5 nights. The host was friendly, a nice man, the staff were very helpful. Clean amenities, very private I can't fault the place to be honest, and we'll stay there again

If I could rate this park minus 5 stars I would simply for how deceptive their website and reviews are, bathrooms were muddy and broken, including a hole in the wall that was filled with toilet paper and this park also seems to be near a race track of some kind because my family and I were kept awake well past 11pm by the sound of cars racing. The "free range" camping sites are by no means child friendly as there were sheet metal laying around the place every where and it was more mud than grass.

@35.00 per night. This place is a rip-off!! We were given a spot at the exit of the camp and the manager said that the road that runs in front of the park is really quiet and there's not much traffic. That's a lot of bull. It's an extremely busy road where cars and motorbikes go past, some at very high speeds, at all hours of the night and day. The bathroom facilities are big but very grimy. The floors are filthy with hair thats not cleaned up day by day. There is no hand soap or any kind of plastic mat outside the showers (that is in every caravan park) in the bathrooms. When you get out of the shower you have be careful not to slip over because at least 2 of the shower doors leak a large amount of water onto the floor and its slippery. There is mould on the bottom of at least 3 showers. The camp kitchen is a disgusting mess, with cobwebs all over the walls and shelf. The silver paper on the high set roof is falling down in patches. The outback/country look of the kitchen just looks filthy. The manager has a Kelpie dog chained up and as this is a dog friendly park and there is a leash free dog area across the road the dog barks every time another dog goes near him or past him. This is not a park you go to if you want or need any peace and quiet. We booked for 2 nights and I can say this is the worst caravan park I've stayed in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Latrobe is a very pretty town with great little shops and gorgeous walking tracks but stay somewhere else.
