I ordered the October special - Porchetta. I am no Porchetta expert but in all my life Porchetta is always the roasted pork roll with crispy skin and succulent meat. The Porchetta here instead is this cured meat. After I opened my pack I was surprised to see this cured meat, and walked 13 mins back and confirmed with the staff that this is Porchetta.nnDespite the surprising nature of Porchetta, the bagel is super delicious. I ate the bagel 30 mins after it is prepared, and still found it delightful. The bagel is baked to my liking, pickles are fresh and crunchy, sauce are very complimenting, even the cured meat taste great. So I would say this is a nice spot if you like bagel, but maybe check if the thing is actually what you want first.
Always my favorite bagel spot ever! The staff always make me feel so warm and happy whenever I go. I love trying the monthly specials, but my go-to is always the brisket pastrami with cream cheese and something sweet. Truly 1000/10

Never in my life did I think that I'd fall in love with a bagel, but here we are. Finally I got to tried this famous bagel shop and it is absolutely worth the hype. Every bite was wonderful nThe combination of smoked salmon, dill&caper cream cheese, tomato, and onion complement each other perfectly. And the filling was super generous!!! Even as I'm writing this, I can't stop thinking of it... The bagel itself have a perfect consistency, chewy soft, exactly what I love. Can't wait come back here soon!
I’ve finally got to try this spot after driving past it so many times! Almost always there’s been people out the front even on weekday mornings. So glad that my dad and I got to grab breakfast there this morning. We got the monthly flavours of tuna melt and almond croissant. The tuna melt was amazing absolutely delicious 10/10. The almond croissant wasn’t for me but if you’re an almond croissant fan definitely check it out! In either case Mile End Bagels does an incredible job of combining and balancing multiple flavours in a way that is just so palatable and satisfying. On top of this though the customer service is some of the best I’ve received in Melbourne. The kind young man this morning was patient with my dad even when he can honestly be a bit hard to serve So grateful for my visit to Mile End Bagels after so long of wanting to try it out
