This spacious, modern French bakery serves up a range of delectable pastries, breads and cakes. Among my favourites, the Kouign Amann - a round, crisp dough crusted with caramelised sugar. The simple presentation belies a hearty and thoroughly tasty pastry. Their chocolate brioche has generous amounts of chocolate chips, not too sweet and a good portion size. Basic but polite service, this place is ideal for a little time out while shopping on busy Smith Street. It's a spot I've been to many times with probably many more to come.

Service staff are really lovely. Coffee is consistently great. No good for an eggs on toast kind of breaky or a simple sandwich. But the fancy (expensive) range that they do have all tastes beautiful ☺ Their bread is SOOO good!!

Superb pâtisserie, espresso not very good. Had an almond croissant that was flaky and buttery and delicious. Coffee may be OK for milky drinks.

Coffee warm, when i asked for extra hot. Croissants nice however not that good for the price. Staff average, & tables left dirty, when the place was not flat out. Nothing outstanding about this place. Not worth the drive.

Great pastries, sweets and French people work there, so it's as authentic as you can get, try the almond croissant
