What a find! Ask to sit at the mezzanine bar overlooking the kitchen and the floor. Food was great but Will was the star. Adding legitimacy by even being a Beechworth local. His wine recommendations were on point. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Get there.

Finally had dinner at Project fourty Nine and not disappointed even though brief. Service was impeccable, food was excellent. Love the way Rocco and his team so passionate about what they do and shows in how they present.Thanks Will be back.

Fantastic food, beautiful produce and flavours. Combined with exceptional service, both professional and warm. A tucked away gem in Collingwood.

Hidden gem. Took my wife for a date here and couldn't ask for a better night out. Food, wine, service and ambiance were sublime. We had the parfait, swordfish, wallaby tartare entree's. delicious! Lamb shoulder maltagliati pasta main was perfection. The wine recommendations were fantastic. Service from owner, chef and waiters was consistently excellent also. Will be going back for sure.
