Amazing of course. Although quite sickly really. But you just have to go to experience the planet's best croissant (allegedly). Very cool idea and interior. The originator of this idea apparently is a female aerospace engineer who went to Paris to learn the craft and then perfected it using her engineering skills. A friend of my work colleague. It was a cool experience to go there.

This place has a unique atmosphere for a bakery. The entrance and look of the bakery is extraordinary. You can see the production process going on in the glass room in the middle of the building (see picture) they serve coffee and of course Croissant. The service of the people here is average, you order at the cash counter and if you eat in they serve it at your table. The Croissant itself was for me just like any other Croissant, it maybe had a process of 3 days and served in a really old style bakery, but it stays just a croissant.

Got myself the almond one ($9) which was so good. Crispy on the outside with almond, but soft on the inside with a layer of caramel filled (I think). Went on Sunday 1pm and queued for 10mins before I got myself to the cashier and the original ones were sadly sold out. Will definitely be back for the original ones and perhaps, the ham one.

This has to be the best bakery in Australia! Yes they do sell out of their products on a daily basis but that is because their croissants and other baked good are simply amazing. The flavors and texture is beyond perfection. The space is fantastic. I love how you can see the kitchen. The open space is a breath of fresh air. Make sure you get their early to avoid disappointment. This is the best place!

We were quite unlucky during our first visit as the croissants are sold out. We came back the other day and the line was already very long at 9am, however the fast and efficient service make up for it. The croissants are indeed very good. Do try the almond one.
