Mr Brandon Phuong, Senior New Car Sales Executive of Mercedes Benz at 135 Kings Way is a super sales person who possess very good product knowledge.  He is intelligent and very patient in explaining every details to customers.  Without his sincere attitude and professional service towards customers, my car purchase won't be a success. His follow up service is perfect. Brandon should be promoted to a higher grade on his role of job. I shall definitely recommend him to my friends who are interested in purchasing Mercedes Benz in future.

The dealership is nice inside and obviously so are the cars.
My issue is the salesperson. When I visited on Saturday morning, the salesperson pretty much said only MB are VW are worth getting and everything else is rubbish. He tried telling me an A250 is better than a Focus RS because when you drive the Focus RS "you look at the steering wheel and see a Ford badge" - How utterly ridiculous and pretentious. He even went as far as to compare the interior of the A250 to a Lamborghini. Then he laughed at me for having an automatic variant of my current vehicle. I was with a friend of mine, and it was him car shopping, not me. Just because I am not the buyer, doesn't mean you can be rude.

Thank you to John Moustis of MBB used car division for not only ensuring that I drove away in the best car possible but taking the time to walk me through the steps and process that involved buying a car. I was supported, never rushed and all my questions were answered. John took the time with my purchase and made the experience for me. I was very grateful for his help and attention to detail. He was a delight to deal with.

Very disappointed with Mercedes experience today. After taking the day off work and test driving 2 cars, was ready to talk price on both new car and trade in. Unfortunately Jermery wasn’t interested unless l was ready to sign. Very vague on pricing - all that was provided was list price and red book trade in value.  l could have got that from my phone - after 2.5 hours none the wiser on potential deal.

Wish there was an option for negative stars. Took my car in for servicing today, the service manager was great organised a driver and everything to take us back to our house. However, when I picked up my car ALL of the gold coins in my coin cabinet was gone...but the rubbish in my car is still there and the stain on my seat is worse than before i took it to servicing. I can let by the rubbish and the stain but I cannot believe such a big brand will take their customer’s gold coins...I understand if they just take a few...but they cleaned out the gold coins and left a few of the sliver coins and left the coin cabinet open thinking we will not notice....
