I purchased an M2 from Melbourne BMW three months ago, but the experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. Two weeks after I picked up my car, it began having long cranking issues. I've taken it back to the service center four times, yet the problem remains unresolved.nnAfter the fourth visit, I discovered significant damage to my car. The exterior paint had numerous scratches and unremovable marks, and the interior of the driver’s door was also scratched. Additionally, the fuel tank was damaged. I am shocked and appalled by the condition of my car after their service. This is both unbelievable and unacceptable.
Yesterday I collected my new BMW 320i from Melbourne BMW.nnAlice was absolutely amazing and fantastic to deal with as well as Sam from Finance.nnI provided Alice a list specs that I wanted and she certainly delivered what I had asked for paying a lot of attention to detail.nnThese guys made this the absolute best experience for me and could not be happier!nnIf your looking for a new BMW and want to deal with someone genuine I highly recommend Alice @ Melbourne BMW.nnP.S.nAlice, I’ll definitely see you again when I’m due for another one.nnRegards,nAndrew Rankin
