Melbourne BMW - Kings Way

They treated me with respect despite the fact I was dressed like scum. Next BMW I buy will be from them. They also had an impressive range of interesting models. The showroom wasn't just packed with boring models like other dealerships.

Michael is an absolute gentleman. He is straight to point and provides a customer service level 2nd to none. Very hard to find a dealer like this these days. Definitely recommend seeking him out for a honest deal.

If it wasn't for Nathee I wouldn't have bought a car here. Very genuine sales person and highly recommended. But rather disappointed with the rest of the staffs, it's a shame that the other staffs are the total opposite of Nathee. 5 star for Nathee, 0 for the other people involved.

Go ANYWHERE ELSE - Pretentious and arrogant. Ultimately a total disaster visit, utterly disappointing, appalling customer service, total waste of time. Ive had better customer service buying a cucumber from Coles. Called today to see if they have an X2 - receptionist told me that they did not but there was one at their sister branch in Southgate. She put me through, I spoke to a sales person and was told that yes, they have one available to view and so I made an appointment. I arrived for my appointment, early and was happy to wait. The sales guy came over about 30mins after we arrived and asked if we had seen the x2. We said we couldn’t find it so he went to look. He came back and said it had been taken to Crown for an event. Okay, so we said we would go to Crown (5mins walk) and check it out. We were told it was at Crown Towers near Luis Vuitton. After trekking around the whole of Crown, we couldn’t find it so we called the dealership to see if we were in the correct place. I was told that they didn’t know where it was so I asked if she could call the agent who apparently has it. She said she was “ too busy at the moment as she had customers.” Okay, so we decided to go back to the dealership but she did return my call and told me they were no longer at Crown as the event had finished (we had only been gone for 45mins) and that Melbourne BMW has one on their showroom floor. I asked her to double check, which she did and confirmed that one was there all along. Okay so we said we would drive there (it was on the way home). When we arrived we got screamed at for driving into the dealership the wrong way (you have no signs by the way), there was no need for such attitude. Then we couldn’t park as they want to devote all their space to showing the cars rather than worrying about how people might get there to buy them. We found not one but two X2 in the showroom which we looked at for a good 20mins. To top it off after 30mins sitting in most cars, we left after not being approached / able to find anyone. Ironically I had a similar experience 4 years ago trying to buy a BMW after being ignored after booking an appointment. That day I drove to Brighton BMW and bought a car where they couldn’t have done more to get the sale.

My rating is based off of dealing with one sales person in particular, so it's probably not reflective of the organisation. That being said the fact that this person was employed but this dealership is inexcusable! A good sales person respects any and all business and everyone has a budget. I walked in looking for an 80 thousand dollar BMW and was made to feel so small. I was basically told that my budget was too low. There are different more polite ways to tell a buyer that what they're looking for is in a higher price range. I was basically told I was too poor to buy a BMW. Well sorry to say 2 days later I bought a car from Mercedes for double what I initially wanted to spend and I'm stoked at how good my experience with Mercedes-Benz Melbourne was! Sad because my first car at 16 was an M3 and I loved it.
