We would like to put on the record of the exceptional service we had from the Melbourne BMW-Southbank in resolving our problem with our latest BMW. The main credit is due to Steve Rule, the Service Manager for his impeccable professional service. He is knowledgeable and was patient in explaining the cause of our problem. Most of all he was extremely helpful in seeking means to resolve it. Thanks are also due to his service department for carrying out the task. Both from the sales and service experience we had, we have no hesitation in our recommendation of the Melbourne BMW at Southbank.

Thank you Rae Reyes, my Service Advisor for my car service today. Excellent and efficient from start to finish including directing my query about an insurance claim query (this is now pending BMW management input and hopefully will received same care and attention). It was a pleasure to have the car taken care of so efficiently and the complimentary chocolates were a nice touch. Thanks again

We have had an exceptional experience at BMW. In particular the care that has been bestowed upon our cars in service has been outstanding. Steve Sforzin has taken the time to understand our needs and to provide us with the appropriate advice. His knowledge is next to none and we would always get timely calls on each stage of the service process. We appreciate his professional and personal service.

Since purchasing my brand new BMW from BMW Melbourne, James (Service Advisor) has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with when it comes to handling the servicing bookings for my vehicle. His communication is outstanding and very efficient at organising a service time that suits my shift work hours (along with a loan vehicle!). The little gift chocolates on a couple of occasions has been a lovely personal touch. Thanks again James.

Excellent service by Vince Marino and his team. They are the most professional and courteous dealership I have dealt with and I could not recommend them more. 
Great location, great range of models and great follow up services provided!
