Story

South City Motor Body Works was established in 1984 and has been in operation ever since, offering a range of vehicle repair services to meet each clients’ individual needs.

In 2016 South City welcomed new owners Phillip and Robert Barberic. Phill is a certified tradesman with over eighteen years’ experience in the automotive industry. Having trained in the UK under the guidance and stewardship of his father Frank Barberic (Panel Beater, with 40+ years experience). He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to South City as a highly qualified panel beater.

I have had my car repair work done by South City Motor Body Works before by previous owner so when I went in to speak about repairing my car I didn't expect that John had retired and he had sold his repair business to the two brothers. I was reluctant at first however after seeing how they conducted their business, seeing other similar cars being repaired in their repair shop and their follow through with all the details with insurance company I could not be happy with the result. 
Very professional service and repair to my car. Very pleased customer. Thanks!

Fantastic customer service. Very responsive and provided updates of progress along the way and called to double check work to be done to ensure the result was exactly what I wanted.  Even came in on a Saturday so I could drop my car off so l wasn't without my car for too long. Definitely recommend to anyone needing work done.

The guys at South City Motor Body Works were excellent and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a well priced, honest and quality experience. The service was above and beyond and they were able to fit me in quickly as my need was urgent. The workmanship was faultless and I'll definitely return.

Rob and Phil was absolutely great in making sure repairs to my car was completed in a timely manner and with minimal inconvenience to myself.  They kept me informed of the progress and commend them for their quality and professionalism. Well done boys! Highly recommended.

Recently we had our car repaired at South City Motor Body Works. Due to the type of car getting parts took longer then originally planned of no fault of South City Motor Body Works. During this time Rob provided regular updates and any progress they were able to make along the way. As they were finishing the planned work they identified an old repair was not done correctly. Rob worked with the Insurance company to get sorted. My overall experience was very pleasant and the final repair looks good as new. I would highly recommend them.
