The chicken was great although I was hoping for a little more kick when they describe it as southern fried. The burgers are middle of the road to good. Friends I was with rated the burgers better than I did. Maybe my burger want that great because we got them at a busy time. Looking forward to trying a few more things in their menu.

Ordered online in hope that I wouldn’t have to wait long. Pickup 755pm when I went in I asked if it was ready , a lady replied I’m just finishing it off. At 820pm i see another staff member walk out and ask what these bags are doing here sure enough it was one my order. Thanks for the cold soggy chips and cold burgers.

Wow terrible experience at Eltham, waiting 18 mins for 4 milkshakes and large fries to have with kids.One of the kids went to sip his milkshake and the lid fell off spilling the shake out all over the table and himself, the waitress watched and walked the other way, I purchased him a new one and told the waitress about the lid and she said ‘I didn’t notice it carry them out’, so paid for the 5th shake, no one cleaned up the mess. Fries overpriced for what you get, size same as large Macca’s for twice the price.👎🏼
