A fantastic recommendation from Michael a Wilson diamond jewelers! We're so glad we went to Second Home. Despite how busy it was, we felt very welcomed and the staff made every effort to seat us comfortably. The table service was quick and our large cooked breakfasts came out fast and were absolutely delicious. We couldn't resist the amazing-looking desserts and ended up taking some home. Highly recommend
The place was crowded, but they were well-prepared. It seemed like all the locals came here for lunch. I booked a table through their website easily. We sat outside, and it was still warm during winter bcs they had plenty of heaters.nnThe food was great, and the portions were generous. I also ordered their dessert the Earl Grey something, and it wasn’t too sweet for my liking.nnOh, and they also got spacious parking spots
Lovely place with friendly staff. The indoor area is perfect on a cold day, especially with the cozy fireplace. Breakfast and coffee were absolutely delicious.
We came here for brunch on Saturday. We booked a table but were 10-15 minutes late but so grateful they still kept our table for us! We tried calling beforehand to let them know we were running late, but they didn’t pick up which was very understandable!nSuper busy place so bookings would definitely be recommended!nSince it’s a really busy place, it does get quite loud and noisy inside, but it still has cozy nature vibes!nnThe matcha was really good - it wasn’t sweet which was perfect because you could really taste that matcha nutty flavour.nnI got the benedict with salmon and would recommend! Flavours tied in nicely together and it wasn’t too salty or anything. The flavour of the salmon really tied it together. I normally prefer if the egg yolk was slightly runnier which was why I gave it a 4 rather than 5 stars but it was still really good! Would come again!
Joe was nice, but they need to deal with their customers better. The food was good and the coffee too the muffin was bad and the carroisson too
