Nice menu, good food BUT terrible service.  Four of us arrive for dinner at 7pm, only two other customers in-house.  First three meals arrive, but no sign of the fourth.  After over a further 10 minutes wait, ask after it, told it's coming. Delivered a couple of minutes later with what was effectively a 'couldn't give a toss' apology.  Ask to see the manager, told he has disappeared.  Can we see the second-in-charge?  No, apparently virtually all the staff are new and no-one will take responsibility.  This place is in desperate need of proper management!  Won't be going back.

Wow what a 💩 hole. move away for just over 1 year come back to new owners 👎 . This was the best burgers in Melbourne now the worst.

Here on hot day and  staff tell me they can’t put the air con on because it costs too much money WOW bosses orders to save💰 🤦‍♂️

What happened to customer service? Let’s just make them sweat.

And whats up with the music I feel like I’m in a buffet Chinese techno restaurant.

I miss the old burger lounge 😭 what even happened to the bonsai 🌳?

Good food very saucy and juicy plenty of flavour i count not find a flaw this is a great place to eat in and chips are very crunchy and fine. Good service. The girl servicing was very nice

Dined here last week, regretfully. Man who appeared to be the manager was derogatory towards a member of staff which customers could overrhear.. My daughters salmon burger was near off and tasted as if it was defrosted and refrozen a number of times. The chips were too herby. Disappointing as years ago this was one of my favourite places to dine with my husband Ronald. Buns also taste cheap. However, the girl serving me was quite nice.

This has been my go-to burger place for years, however there has been a noticeable decline in quality since a recent change of ownership. The meat patty and buns are different and now taste cheap and generic. The herb chips were almost hollow with very little substance. For the first time I walked out feeling like I hadn't eaten a quality burger. I previously gave this place a five star rating, however I won't be coming back here.
