The staff obviously do not care about the place, which is fair considering they are likely being paid minimum wage. However, being told they have no lettuce, tomato and still getting the order wrong with no onions is plainly unacceptable lol
I paid $11.95 for the new Southern style chicken strips 5piece pack and got 4 1/2 pieces? In a medium meal deal $16..90 had to wait in drive thru far too long as they were very under staffed..... l won't go back.
I am giving 2 stars because the chai was really good and the service was ok, nothing much and nothing bad. The other 3 stars were missed due to poor cleanness and the food being tasteless and cold. The burger was cold and placed on a bun with the cheese on top... of course the cheese did not melt as there was no heat from anywhere to at least warm it... the other sandwich was a little moister but also with so little salad that we had to search for it! There was no excuse for not serving food prepared with care as there was only ONE other person at the restaurant when we were there and it was around lunch time.... oh... I forgot one other client.. the fly dead in the window near our table : Sincerely, in a completely empty restaurant, instead of the worker that arrived for his shift to sit down in the meals area, he could have checked what needed to be done and/or cleaned around. Lots to do.nThis is a restaurant I will no longer return and do not recommend.
Extremely disappointing.. worst HJ in Australia.. staff are rude and we were served 4 medium ice cold chips. Staff have attitude and roll their eyes when we complained and they replaced our chips with a new batch that had so much salt that we couldn’t even eat them. Disgusted with this place.
