Useless staff in drive thru! I ordered a Bacon Deluxe burger. The idiot keyed in Royale burger. I politely pointed out her error… no apology! Changed for a Bacon, they handed me the burger in a bag. I checked, the wrapper said Bacon Deluxe. Only $4 price difference! Got home it was a Royale.nGoing back soon to explain the business basics Listening, Customer Service and Honesty.
The staff obviously do not care about the place, which is fair considering they are likely being paid minimum wage. However, being told they have no lettuce, tomato and still getting the order wrong with no onions is plainly unacceptable lol
I paid $11.95 for the new Southern style chicken strips 5piece pack and got 4 1/2 pieces? In a medium meal deal $16..90 had to wait in drive thru far too long as they were very under staffed..... l won't go back.
