Most useless hungry jacks ive ever been too. waited almost 15 minutes for my food at 1pm on a Wednesday. store was not even busy. nobody was working behind the counter but instead only considering drive thru orders. anything to get those times down . once i received my food the burger was cold.

Went to pick up my order and gave them my order number right away. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, but I was still made to wait around 15 minutes for no clear reason. I saw my order being prepared and then just left sitting on the side. I politely asked if it was mine, and one of the staff told me it would still take more time.nnAfter waiting even longer, a different staff member asked for my order number again. I told her, and she handed me the same order that had been sitting there the whole time. When I calmly pointed out that I had already been waiting and had asked earlier, she suddenly started yelling at me, saying, “Don’t yell at me,” when I hadn’t raised my voice at all. She was the one yelling.nThis kind of rude, unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. Sadly, it’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. They have a habit of making orders and just leaving them on the side instead of handing them to customers, wasting everyone’s time.nDefinitely won’t be coming back if this is how they treat their customers.

terrific experience! i was allowed to order my food and lay down while eating it i get digestive issues so i have to lay on my back on the ground and eat the floor could have been cleaner but it smelled like food so i can't complain! my only problem is that i was kicked out when i started doing the worm when other guests came near my space of floor, but i cant understand that having someone imitate a worm may make the establishment come across as unclean:

Went to Hungry Jacks here not long ago, come to find out they automatically took 70 cents from my card while paying for a BBQ Cheese burger meal for the Wish Foundation.nNot only the BBQ cheese burger was flooded with Mayo and was gross but stealing money without asking if i wanted to donate first which there was no asking is Fraudulent.nManager needs to look into that ASAP!!!nI only found out as a notification comes up to what I pay for on my bank app.nPeople beware and always check your bank account.
