Went to order and was told rudely the item had been removed from menu-voucher deal. by blonde female staff with head set on in the morning. Its OK I ordered something else but the level of rudeness she needs basic customer service training.  The food is average but you can be nice and welcoming? Sorry for buying from you what an inconvenience it must be for you paying your wages.

The food here is always cold! I even had to request a hot burger from the staff (as the previous experience from here also produced cold food) and still managed to stuff it up. I can only contribute this to the ridiculous wait time through its drive through. The cars are almost banked out blocking the car park off half the time

Bring back the triple x burger is what i say. Once you've had triple x then nothing else compares. Oh, but more about this store. Standard service, food as it should be place was quite clean

Had a 20 minute wait for 5 jumbo frozen drinks. Disappointing to see new staff (two) left to serve and having people who were in line behind me getting their food well before I did.

Had multiple negative experiences with the food here. Their patties seem to be overcooked, last time we had it- burnt (80%), and very stingy on the sauce. They wouldn't replace. But they refunded. Not a good representation of a hungry jacks burger for sure! Won't be returning. Pity as the next nearest HJ is quite a way away.
