Busy. Always a good sign..staff were very attentive. Most times when an old white guy walks in and Does NOT use the self service kiosk to order he gets ignored. Much to my delight this was not the case. Please yourn person who took my order was brilliant. Did really make my day. Thanks.
Massive wait on food too much chatting among the staff and a friend on the other staff! Whilst customers and delivery drivers are watching and waiting. Only one guy was actually working hard and making the burgers well. The one girl working at the front walked out of her shift, leaving outstanding orders and sticking the remaining guys with all the work. The service from was extremely slow they looked completely checked out.
Bit disappointed to come home after waiting at the drive thru window for sometime with no other cars. To get the wrong burgers and very cold. The chips were fresh though so that’s what I guess the wait was.
Wow! I am absolutely gobsmacked by the level of professionalism in this store. Got served by a lovely young gentleman named Leo, he was nothing but nice to me and the food was amazing! 10/10, amazing customer service, would come again!
Most useless hungry jacks ive ever been too. waited almost 15 minutes for my food at 1pm on a Wednesday. store was not even busy. nobody was working behind the counter but instead only considering drive thru orders. anything to get those times down . once i received my food the burger was cold.
