I give up. This is the 3rd time in a row that we have purchased a 3 piece tenders box meal. The nuggets are bigger than the tenders. It’s pathetic and not value for your money. Service was quick however I think the food was sitting for a while. Meanwhile the 3 piece meal had a chicken wing. More like a chick baby wing.
Ordered a Zinger Burger box via the app, asked for no Mayo. Burger had Mayo. Staff tried to tell me that the app said I wanted Mayo. Long story short, the manager was happy to remake the Burger for me. So in the end, I was happy with their service .
I was waiting for an 8 dollar box for 20 minutes while about 30 cars were served while i decided to go inside because drive through was busy. I should've just went through the drive through. My other food was melting in the car while I was waiting.nI could see the nuggets sitting there it would take 30 seconds to pack my order. By the time I left they had the entire drive though empty and still managed to bring a lady who ordered after me her food first. Not even a sorry sir. Just avoid eye contact. Not impressed at all. I won't be returning
I was just getting my regular boxed tender meal when I overheard one of your staff I believe named Ved call another co worker fat. This was really off putting and I felt was really unlike this kfc that usually has a really good atmosphere. It’s just a bit disappointing because this is my local kfc, and now every time I come here, I’m going to think back to this moment. I hope I don’t come across as an angry customer, but as a person who wants their kfc that they go to often to be a happier environment.
Don't even bother. Zero customer service. If you aren't going through the drive through you don't exist to these guys, even if they can see a couple of disgruntled customers with arms crossed at the counter that have been waiting over 15 mins for their order. You will need to shout out to them hanging out at the back of the store for half a chance they will notice and come to the counter. The screen showing upcoming orders was also switched off so no idea if my order actually existed. Choc mouse was frozen as always too at this place. These are persistent issues so I'll be going to the Greensborough store from now.
