I give up. This is the 3rd time in a row that we have purchased a 3 piece tenders box meal. The nuggets are bigger than the tenders. It’s pathetic and not value for your money. Service was quick however I think the food was sitting for a while. Meanwhile the 3 piece meal had a chicken wing. More like a chick baby wing.
I was just getting my regular boxed tender meal when I overheard one of your staff I believe named Ved call another co worker fat. This was really off putting and I felt was really unlike this kfc that usually has a really good atmosphere. It’s just a bit disappointing because this is my local kfc, and now every time I come here, I’m going to think back to this moment. I hope I don’t come across as an angry customer, but as a person who wants their kfc that they go to often to be a happier environment.
Review: Disappointed with KFC – Not What It Used to BenI rarely leave negative reviews, but after my recent visit to KFC, I felt compelled to speak up. I used to love KFC — it was reliable, satisfying, and a go-to for comfort food. Unfortunately, this latest experience was far from that.nnFirst off, the chicken was dry and barely warm, like it had been sitting out for far too long. There was no sign of that crispy, golden coating that KFC is known for — just soggy batter and a lot of grease. It felt rushed and lazy, not like the quality you’d expect from a global brand.nnThe chips were cold and limp, and honestly tasted like they were reheated or left under a heat lamp. Even the seasoning, which is usually the saving grace, was uneven and barely noticeable.nnService wasn’t much better. Staff seemed disinterested, bordering on rude. I get that fast food is a high-pressure job, but a little courtesy goes a long way. It felt like they just wanted to get me out the door as quickly as possible.nnTo top it off, the prices keep going up while the portions shrink. It’s frustrating to spend money and leave feeling like you’ve been short-changed — both in food and experience.
Ordered the family burger deal and a slider.nThe Zinger and original receipe burgers were good, however someone went a bit heavy with the mayo.nThe chips were hot and tasty.nThe store needed a clear, with parts of the floor being dirty.
Pathetic. Served completely cold food. Don't open if you are not going to serve hot food. Children ate cold but I just can't. Instead of cold zinger burger gave me a microwaved original burger. Probably that's what they had. Please do not open if you can't serve food and closing. We came at 0850.
