The chicken was overcooked or burnt. Or, they use very old oil that makes the chicken looked burned and taste bad. The manager spoke nicely but said the chicken is always like that. Don’t recommend the place. Hungry jacks and maccas nearby are better.
I was waiting for an 8 dollar box for 20 minutes while about 30 cars were served while i decided to go inside because drive through was busy. I should've just went through the drive through. My other food was melting in the car while I was waiting.nI could see the nuggets sitting there it would take 30 seconds to pack my order. By the time I left they had the entire drive though empty and still managed to bring a lady who ordered after me her food first. Not even a sorry sir. Just avoid eye contact. Not impressed at all. I won't be returning
I was just getting my regular boxed tender meal when I overheard one of your staff I believe named Ved call another co worker fat. This was really off putting and I felt was really unlike this kfc that usually has a really good atmosphere. It’s just a bit disappointing because this is my local kfc, and now every time I come here, I’m going to think back to this moment. I hope I don’t come across as an angry customer, but as a person who wants their kfc that they go to often to be a happier environment.
I give up. This is the 3rd time in a row that we have purchased a 3 piece tenders box meal. The nuggets are bigger than the tenders. It’s pathetic and not value for your money. Service was quick however I think the food was sitting for a while. Meanwhile the 3 piece meal had a chicken wing. More like a chick baby wing.
Ordered the family burger deal and a slider.nThe Zinger and original receipe burgers were good, however someone went a bit heavy with the mayo.nThe chips were hot and tasty.nThe store needed a clear, with parts of the floor being dirty.
