Staff not focused on customers only drive through. Had to ask for my order. Size of burgers is disappointing and not value for money. Coffee was warm. Toilets were filthy. Facilities 80%clean. Drive through is so slow, shuffling cars into parking to majestic their times good.
Not a complaint about service but one of food. Horrible. My boyfriend and I both ordered a classic angus burger and both had no sauce, just a single shot of mustard its supposed to be 3. I understand when going to McDonalds food isn't supposed to be quality but I expect to at least get the correct burger build.
Yesterday, I visited the McDonald’s in Eltham and was instantly impressed. I was greeted warmly, my order was taken quickly, and in less than two minutes, my food was ready hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered.nWhile waiting, I checked out the fish tank, a unique feature that makes this location a must-visit. The dining area was spotless, showing the staff’s commitment to cleanliness and quality. Overall, this McDonald’s is one of the best in the country. The excellent service, attention to detail, and great atmosphere make it a place I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend stopping by!

Really good experience at McDonald’s Eltham. Plenty of parking available, which made it super convenient. The service was fast, staff were polite, and the store was clean and well-maintained. Coffee and food were served fresh. A reliable stop for a quick bite!
