The student provided a wrong diagnosis. He did not know he was doing in my mouth. He caused me pain with an unjustified test. Further, the supervisor was not friendly.I do not recommend this place.

Zero communication seems to occur here. My first visit here had me sitting in the dental chair, the dentist was given the wrong notes meaning they thought I was someone else. Second time visiting was for fillings, while getting the work done the dentist had slipped with the drill and cut my lip open causing a lot of pain in the hours to come. The dentist had advised me my next appointment was with an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth extraction. I show up to the next appointment under the impression I was having teeth removed but upon arrival was advised it was just an examination with the oral surgeon. After speaking with the oral surgeon he had advised me that I can simply call reception and have the appointment booked in for that week to have an extraction done. When calling up to do so, turns out this is not the case and there is a waiting list of up to a month. Seems to be no communication here and no uniform protocol is followed. Receptionist are all incredibly rude and unhelpful and all play the blame game while treating you like rubbish for asking a question. 10/10 would recommend seeking dental work elsewhere.

Super pleased with my dental treatment thus far, however the receptionists are disorganised and rude. Almost every visit, they have struggled to find my appointment in the system, either forgetting to make the appointment altogether or simply ignoring to check the whole booking system or by asking what kind of appointment I'm having. It's all just mere initiative and common sense to avoid these issues. Some training needs to be put in place, if not, restaff the reception. (There are two in particular who love to ignore customers and gossip and chat in front of us. Um?)

Had gone to fix filling of one tooth that had chipped off. My experience as follows: - treatment is average. The trainee doctor was nervous till end & that made me nervous too. On occassions the assistant was guiding the trainee doctor. - since treatment is done by trainee it took 2 hours 15 mins for just one filling. My back ached for 2 days. - its as expensive as any other dental practice. So why to pay so much & have a trainee do the treatment? - facilities are good & quite clean. - the lady at the reception behaves like she is a cardiologist. Little rude. I would not suggest people to go here as there is no benefit at all unless someone wants to do social service by letting trainee doctors experiment on them.
