Dear Dr Mini Just a short note to let you know of the positive experience I’ve had during my recent visit to your dental clinic at Queen St (which is very convenient as I work in the CBD). Your staff are very helpful and friendly. The dental clinic itself is well designed and relaxing (with a massage chair to help clients to relax!!!) It goes without saying, that your expertise and gentleness in dealing with my much needed dental work has been excellent.

I’ve been visiting here for over 3 years and have seen their hygienist Sujitha and dentist Dr Mini. I’ve never had the feeling of being at the ‘doctor’s’, mainly because the place has been designed to make you feel comfortable with warm lighting and also a corner where you can havve coffee and muffin with beautiful views of the Melbourne cityscape. But I think the important thing for me was the way the staff took care of my needs during every visit. Their staff at the reception is so friendly. They are also very precise with their work!

I wish I had ditched this practice earlier. They are the absolute worst. I came many years ago for wisdom teeth removal. The doctor was rude and provided no follow up treatment plan. He treated me like I was an idiot when I made a follow up appointment to check in (but gladly took my money). 2 years ago my husband and I came in for check up and clean. Somehow we ended up with extra services that we never requested - including a sneaky 'consultation fee' for Invisalign . You barely even see the dentist. An assistant cleans your teeth and dentist comes in for 5 minutes to have a quick peek and then leave. Being fed up with the money grabbing at this practice we moved dentists and requested our records be transferred. We were lied to about our x rays until they finally admitted they had lost them... after convincing me to have (and pay) for them. ------------------------------------- Comment was added about the practice being under new management and detailing my visits. Do your records detail where I have called and emailed to chase up my lost xrays? Where your receptionist was so rude to me I had to hang up the phone? Where I was promised I'd be contacted with my xrays or a time would be arranged for me to get new ones at no cost?

Excellent care and service in a great location in the CBD. I was terrified about my implant procedure. But the staff made me feel during ease at every visit. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience every time I visit Art de dente. I visit them for routine check ups and teeth whitening. The staff is so friendly and thorough professionals and make you feel so comfortable. I would surely recommend them to my friends.
