Story

In addition to general dentistry, we offer specialist dental care including orthodontics and Invisalign, dental implants, oral surgical care, root canal therapy and children’s dentistry.

We are situated in the iconic Manchester Unity Building (MUB). Our 25 surgical suites span across three floors and multi-level tower of the building.

I was a patient at SS for many years before moving overseas. I actually looked forward to my 6 month check up and hygiene appointment. The hygienists were all very gentle and surprisingly made the visit enjoyable. You feel like you’re visiting a day spa rather than a dentist with the beautiful surroundings and warm friendly staff.

Most recently I referred my father to SS who had been wearing dentures for decades. He had lost all confidence with smiling and found great frustration with eating. He saw Dr James van den Berg for dental implants. It really has changed his life for the better and he is continually saying it was well worth the investment and wish he had done it sooner. Thank you for taking such good care of my father Dr van den Berg and the SS team. 

I hope to book in for a check up in February when I next visit Melbourne.

I've been having my check ups, cleans and orthodontic work done by Smile Solutions for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else because I know I'd never get the same care and attention I do here. Pricing is great for the location and easy to get to, which is something I used to worry about before coming here. I've recommended all my family and friends to go here too and they all gave me excellent feedback! 5 stars!

I’ve been attending Smile Solutions for the past 6 years since I came to Australia. Their service and staff are outstanding. My teeth are genetically weak and due to this, it’s a costly necessity for me unfortunately. They have assisted with my health insurance claims when I needed it and advised me the best way to go about claiming when things became too much for me to handle. 

I’ve had fillings, a root canal, a crown, and braces to name a few. From the staff at reception to the dentists and nurses, they were always helpful, kind, and having been there for so long, were very sensitive with my financial situation, assisting me with a payment plan to relieve the financial stress of a root canal and braces. 

The staff are in touch every few months to book me in for my 6 month check up or to make sure everything’s going to plan with my now-perfect smile. 

I have recommended so many friends and family onto this wonderful establishment and their services, and will continue to do so long into the future.

Having been a patient at Smile Solutions for many years now I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. As a teenager I had my braces done through Smile Solutions as well as my wisdom teeth removed and was always treated like I was the only patient there.

There has been times when I have had to leave work during the day due to a tooth ache and Smile Solutions have always managed to fit me in and resolve my issue the same day.

The staff are all friendly and overly helpful, both on the phones and even more so in person. I go to Smile Solutions every 6 months to see the dental hygienist and it is always a pleasurable and professional experience.

For most people, visiting the dentist can be an anxious and daunting task, however at Smile Solutions I find that the staff make the experience the total opposite.

I have never felt like just a number, like I used to at previous dentists practices I visited. I would and I do recommend Smile Solutions to anyone who wants to make going to the dentist a positive experience.

Very poor service. I scheduled an appointment with 2 professionals, one for an endodontist/surgeon and another for general check up a month in advance as I have a baby and needed one visit. 24hrs before my appointment they call me to cancel my surgeon appointment giving me very unclear and conflicted messages of why. They offered me to reschedule and wait for a further month. I told them I needed the appointment soon as I have already waited a month for my appointment. They told me they would arrange it and call me back and never called me back. Very poor service.
