had a general check and clean scheduled for 5.20pm. Was seen late and mid-way through the cleaning process was told that they will have to finish some other time as it was almost 6pm (closing time). I laid in shock and disbelief that this is the type of service BUPA Dental offers; their time was more valuable then a paying patient who waited for weeks to be seen. I now have to pay twice for the same service and wait 2 months to be seen again. Well done BUPA Dental.

The staff were very friendly , gave me reassurance to calm my anxiety , would highly recommend them and their excellent work and well organised practice . 👍👍👍

Mahyo would like to report that on 29/3/18 at exactly 9pm it seems your staff were having a party. Understandable because Easter Long Weekend is coming. Loud music. Disco lights. Mahyo was standing at tram stop waiting for tram. One of your white female staff turned to an Asian couple across the road and said "nihao.. bupa.. bupa" in a slow exaggerated Chinese accent. It turns out they are actually Australian. Born in Melbourne. So now we know you are shallow racists. Next time please reconsider your party venue. Now we know never to go with "BUPAAA BUUPPPAAA.." (imagine in Chinese accent). Of course she will deny this, so Mahyo happy to come in to identify her at your convenience. Other staff were present so they know about this too. She was also tipsy and walked on the road and stopped traffic with her hand held out like a "stop" hand gesture. Oh, hang on, better idea, recommend you watch your CCTV of the front entrance from approximately 9pm to 9:05pm to see it all. This will help you visualise her doing the traffic thing like the Truman Show and then arms in an L shape at the Bupa Dental sign like Will Smith on red carpet.

SO LOVELY. Never had such a great dental experience in my life, clean, fresh and not clinical. Was so cosy, Issy and Michael have set up a lovely clinic. The treatment was quick and painless too. Can't wait to go back to the dentist again now. Would recommend.

Not particularly happy. Booked an appointment due to a reminder and saw a hygienist, when i asked why i was not seeing a dentist (at the dentists) she advised it wasn't standard at every check up (just yearly) When I asked how long since my last appointment when I had seen a dentist she advised me it had been 15 months! Saw dentist who advised I now needed 6 replacement fillings! During my visit they discussed my xrays that had been taken nearly a year before could not be located and would I mind having a new set, when i stated that i didn't believe i should pay for something they had misplaced I was advised that they would only charge me my health policy rate. THAT IS STILL PAYING for something that is their mistake! Hygienist was abrupt and rough and I would never want to see her again.
