From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The practice is very welcoming: the atmosphere is tranquil, everyone was very friendly, very professional and efficient. My concerns were really taken seriously and some considerable juggling of times of appointments happened so that my treatment could be fitted in around my commitments. I cannot imagine a more caring or client centred approach. I feel very confident about my treatment and am impressed by the competence of all involved.
Excellent dental clinic - the dentists and staff are very caring and take care to be gentle and let you know what is happening. I feel very lucky to have access to such a great clinic and dentists.
Always busy and get anything you want. If you feel like a salad roll, or just ham and Cheese sandwich this is pla e to go. So busy that there are quies waiting to get their order. Staff are efficient and helpful. Fresh products. While you're their, ask them what sandwich you want to and what fillings you want and prices are great.
Very good service with friendly & caring staff. The dental work is very good. I will recommend this practice to my family & friends.
Have been going to this practice for years when David Ellison was my dentist. I now have Belinda absolutely wonderful explains everything in detail all staff very obliging .

I have been attending Collins St Dental for almost 3 decades now. Even during the transition of changes, excellence is maintained. Kathy' s precision with the appointments and her warm welcome always eases the nerves in meeting new staff. Thank you Dr Carol Donadio for incorporating skill, care and art in your work crown, etc. Kudos to all team members for your excellent care.
Absolutely terrible experience. Very expensive. Had 3 fillings. All were done incorrectly with decay left under the filling. The teeth broke within a few months and had to be repaired again. Will never ever go back. Beware.
Highly recommend anyone who works here. I’ve been a client of Carol for a few years and today was seen by Ben. The team are extremely professional and are full of knowledge. The space is very clean and hygienic as well as situated in a beautiful building! I especially appreciate not being made to feel unwelcome or condemned for not wearing a mask as I have an exemption. Thanks team for your wonderful service!
