So convenient now we can order and collect via the app. We came through Launceston late at night an the drive through was quick. The food was hot and the coffee was really good.
Sadly, today's experience was pretty ordinary. Ordered and paid at the drive through. Told to wait in the waiting bay, after ten minutes I went inside. I was ignored at first but then a shift manager came to check. Said vanilla soft serve unavailable and would I like chocolate but that was only for one of the items ordered, sadly unable to do the other two. By this stage we were running late so had to go. I was offered a refund which I accepted but sadly I got short changed on it. Please give your crew the ability to advise if there's a problem at the time of ordering. It would save a lot of frustration.
Great service even when they're busy. You can tell the staff are trained and mentored well just by their attitude.
If there was an option for 0 i would happily choose itnVisted on the 8/8/2024 chips were warm, burger was small, box was loaded with oil, thin piece of meet my finger went through it, lady was rude said coffee machine was closed and she couldn't give us certain products of the menu, if you dont like your job move on, if this is the world of fast food id prefer to starve
Dunno why i even bother with this place when it comes to an easy meal anymore, food always comes cold, they always leave stuff out of my order that i then have to go down a rabbit hole to get refunded and it always takes so long to show up. Honestly id suggest south launnie over here any day of the week.
