Stopped in for dinner at 7:30pm on Saturday. Restaurant was empty, staff were helpful and quality of the food was okay. Things to note include: - Open 24 Hours - Play equipment closed due to Covid - QR Covid check in was not super easy to find. - Plenty of parking available around the restaurant.
The portion of ice cream was only half! I am very angry! If so, can I buy it at half price? I would love to argue with them! But there are more than twenty people waiting behind me! I don't want to cause trouble for others! But this McDonald's is the worst one I have ever encountered!
creepy establishment. The gloved worker scratched his nose and then continued cooking. buns brought a strange size with an underdone cutlet. the place is dirty. the floor and tables are greasy
Legit best maccas. Fresh patties, quick and friendly assisting with my clean eating ;
Pretty solid maccas. Burgers and fries are typically hot and fresh from the high turnover at all hours. It's usually surprisingly busy but the food is usually prepped in a reasonable time and to a decent standard. They are yet to make any mistakes on all of our custom orders which is not common these days.
Its always busy here. That also means the food has a higher turn over. One thing is the printers are always broken here. Your order number pop up for about 5 ms and its gone. Do you have no idea what you're number is. Four times I have been here. Using different kiosk, 3 faulty printers.Food: 3/5
Run down, electronic ordering system not working and staff didn't care less, poor staff attitude and general overall poor experience compared to other McDonalds stores. Server spoke softly and mumbled, didn't know the products she was selling and appeared to hate being there and forgot to include the toy in the Happy Meal which caused distress for my 4 year old grandchild. I returned and asked the Manager why the Happy Meal was over $11 3 chicken nuggets, apple juice and small chips and received an explanation that something else on the bill was discounted - very odd invoicing system!!! Most seats in the place are stools which for an older person are uncomfortable and get a sore back. Children's play equipment was great and grandchild loved it. However, this overall experience has put me off taking my grandchildren to any McDonald store again. I remember McDonalds always being spotless, clean toilets and in perfect repair with highly trained staff. Kid-friendliness: Great playground Parking: Plenty of parking at the front and rear door
If you go to "Macca's" you know what you are getting yourself in for with the menu. It's not fine dining, so it won't get 5 stars. Atmosphere felt a bit tense for the lunch I'd arrived, but that was likely due to the queue of some 10 customers waiting on orders before me. What really impressed me was the fact that I couldn't have been waiting more than 5 minutes for my order to be called. The meal factory was in full force, which was really great to see. So five stars for service team!
One of the few Mecca's where it is not possible to install a drive through. That's OK, less traffic in the carpark. Seriously needs carpark lighting installed or repaired thoufh, for night purchases. It is really dark and can easily fall or be run over. Food: 4/5
A bunch of automated youth switched off while automated ordering and processes do the work. Always something missing- this time 4 HASH BROWNS. $8 bucks to enter the coffers of maccas for free. Fast food, fast review, fast regrets. Reading the reviews looks like inexperienced non caring staff and items missing from oders is a common occurence. BAD MANAGEMENT!! Being the giant that maccas is, they’re unlikely to read this!!
