Domino's Pizza

Totally disgusted with the kind of service they are offering. Their response has been very poor lately in store with all the new staff. Looks like either the new staff isn’t trained properly or probably some of them are just hopeless. I ordered pizza on Friday with the toastie crust. They ran out of stock & didn’t bother to call & check, instead made a deep pan without consulting. My order was to be ready at 9:11pm got a text from Domino’s, whereas they started making order at 9:20. I waited for additional 30mins. On top of this the young lady didn’t even call out name when I saw that it was my order & put it in the hot box. I saw this & went inside the store to ask, she was reluctant & rude & just didn’t respond & left with her delivery orders even after asked thrice. It looks like they only care about delivery orders. She also didn’t know how to cut the pizza. I had to cut it again with a knife at home. Toppings were nothing, I could get a better pizza at pizza hut store for this price. Don’t think I’ll go back here as they don’t care for their regular customers at all.

the better pizza franchise is always consistent... this is a takeaway / delivery with very tight floor space for no more than 3 people ... get your vouchers online from Frugal Feeds or other sites no one should pay full price @ Dominos!!

I ordered indichicken pizza and they worst pizza, shaof of the slices had jo topping only sauce thats it And when called store they are arguing, saying this is standard pizza. We can’t do anything about it.

Worst Pizza in Australia If only I could give no stars, I guess one star is that I did receive a product, whether you want to call it pizza is a different story. Time after time against my and my family's better judgment, we have ordered pizza only to be met with only can be described as recession pizza; baked bread with the minimal amount of sauce, cheese and toppings to get away with calling it that. When complaining about the lackluster meal we ordered, we are always told that "that's what we ordered, that's how it is" mentality without a second glance. I forgot I ordered "disappointment pizza" from their signature "get f**ked" range. No customer service, no genuine care for the food, no attempts at a reorder. After numerous disappointments over months/years of patronage, learn quicker than I did and go to another Dominos. If you like debasing yourself, than this is the store for you! Every time! Every time that I order pizza here! They either make pizza less topping than other Domino. Or they totally ignores the order. Last time they delivered, I had sign and requested do not ring the bell as it will trigger my dog barking. And delivery guy rung the bell. Not only that!! Pizza base was so hard, salty and was too greasy. Service of this store is so bad and taste of food is crab.

Don't waste your time - this store needs a major review. After waiting 45 minutes, delivery came and was missing part of the order. The driver said he would go grab it and come back, approx 1km away. After another 45 minutes, and failed phone calls to the store, when finally reaching them we were told "we no longer have a driver available to complete your delivery". When requesting to cancel it, apparently only store credit was available. Once we finally sat down to eat what we had, the churros tasted like they were powdered in salt... Best part of the order was the prepackaged chocolate dipping sauce. So many similar experiences within the reviews, with some classic fake ones scattered in for good measure - "best pizza in Australia" yeah, ok buddy...

I did an online order at 4:30pm for 6pm pickup. Order was 22 minutes late when I went to pickup. To be fair their online order screen showed about 3 pages of peoples orders so they were absolutely swamped. Ordered 3 pizzas and a bunch of sides. They gave us the pizzas and we had to ask for every single side each garlic bread, the shake, the chicken bites and the Dutch pancakes, so please check that they’ve given you everything before you leave the store. The Dutch pancakes were a bit soggy but at least they made the pizzas correctly. The inside of the store was a bit chaotic with bottles of sauce everywhere but it wasn’t dirty.

It has been 2 hours and counting since i ordered delivery and my food still hasn't arrived. I called to check the status of my delivery at around the 1 hour mark and was told its leaving the shop now and that they were quite busy. I was understanding to the extra workload they were experiencing and left it even though i have limited time to take my lunch break. Its now been an hour since that call and my order still hasnt arrived. Ive called the store multiple times since and no one is answering the phone. If you cant keep up with the demand let people know. I wouldve ordered from else where instead of wasting my lunch time waiting for my food to arrive.

Pizzas are average but the service is horrible. Constantly understaff and rude. Order 45 mins in advance and then told to wait

Very disappointing.Took 2 hrs to get the pizza delivered. Obviously Food had already got cold. Had ordered fries but chucked it in the bin because it was cold and soggy.Only ate few slices of pizza just to fulfill the hunger. Very bad customer service. -Avoid this store as much as you can. There are other plenty places where you can get your food delivered hot and can actually enjoy your meal from your hard earned money.
