KFC is what it is so the rating is based on the customer service. It seemed that most staff were new and service was slow. The only saving grace was the apology from the manager and free regular fries for the long wait which is a lot more than some of the other restaurants do in this chain.
Went at around 10pm. Customer service was very fast. We requested the lady to clean the table for us and she did so. Very pleasant experience.
What can I say? its KFC. Staff were politely firm with customers regarding checking-in and mask-wearing. Restaurant clean and bins empty. Would be happy to stop-in here again despite COVID-19.
Staff seemed rushed. Also, always check your order before you leave. Twice they conveniently forgot to pack some or the other thing in my order. Today it was fries.
Always fresh and good customer service. I am happy travel a bit of a distance to order from North Ryde though I live close to Macquarie centre KFC. They always cook fresh and to perfection for my son who has special needs. Thankyou guys you are the best !!!!
I love KFC and go often but eveytime I go to this one something goes wrong. This last visit i didn't get half my order and they stacked the gravy in the box sideways to make it fit in on of the boxes and it leaked all over the food I did get... So when I got home we had a hungry family... never again!!
Nice, tidy and fairly new looking. Sit down area so could relax with the family to eat meal here. This was on route to home. If we didn't eat in, it would mean chips go soggy and chicken gets cold. Food was as expected from KFC. After all, its a chain store so not too much "should" go wrong with the food
