Absolutely appalling experience. My friends and I placed an online order and only received half of what we paid for. After realising half our order was missing, we tried calling the store multiple times. They either didn't answer the phone or hung up on us, making it impossible to get the issue resolved.nnWe returned the next morning at around 10am to speak with a manager, expecting the issue to be handled professionally. Instead, we were met by James Samojlowicz, who was completely dismissive from the start. After we calmly explained what had happened, he refused to help, repeatedly claimed there was nothing he could do, and made no effort whatsoever to investigate or offer any form of resolution. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and incredibly condescending. He spoke to us as though we were children rather than paying customers with a legitimate complaint.nnThe lack of accountability and basic customer service was disgraceful. Not only did we pay for food we never received, but we were ignored over the phone, dismissed in person, and treated with complete disrespect. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend this business to anyone if this is how they choose to handle their mistakes.
Me and my friend ordered two small drinks and they were not filled all the way. So we are very disappointed in what we received with our order. It should not be that hard. I am twelve years old and I could do better.
Absolutely crap food cant even make an egg bacon muffin with the sauce on the inside of the bun and the egg was ripped in half along with the bun needed gloves to eat it! mc chicken patty was completely flattened about 3mm thick and dry not even sure it was chicken probably cardboard
5/7/26 I was absolutely starving when I finished work at 10pm, thought a quick yummy McDonald’s McSpicy meal would be perfect. Got to McDonalds at 10.20pm, very excitedly ordered ..nI was so disappointed, chips were cold and the chicken was flat, hard & rubbery .. awful… Customers expect fresh food please!!!nWhat a waste of $16.50 .. .. sorry I was so upset, I threw the food away .. later I thought I should write a review.
This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The place was disgusting beyond belief and a serious health risk. Just look at the state of the restaurant and toilet. No toilet dispenser, clogged urinal and rubbish everywhere. They need more staff and better training. If this is the state of their public facing areas, I dread what it looks like in the kitchen.
