I like this maccas! Traditional maccas food, well cooked and always very quick! Drive through literally takes 10 seconds! I feel like I have not finished paying but guys already finished my order! Keep it up guys! There is obviously always room for improvement, I would prefer to have hand sanitiser next to the counter and would be good to clean tables in a more timely manner. Ps - banana milk shake is on special, something different!
When we attended, the food was great, served quickly, chips were not flooded with salt unlike many others. Toilets were clean. They did have someone clearing and clea ing tables. Plenty of parking, kids play area. Disability and pram access.
I just ordered drive through and was given the incorrect burger toppings even though my receipt states the correct order. When i rang to inform the staff I was instructed to bring the burger back tomorrow for a replacement. There was no apology given and I am entirely unhappy with the service and customer service I was provided.
Hi!nThere is a young woman with aqua dyed hair that is on the drive thru window and she takes my coffee order nearly every single morning and she is such a good vibe.nShe's genuinely warm and lovely and her smile just makes my morning.nnThe smallest little things can make such a difference to the start of someone's day.nnAnd my coffee from this McDonald's is always perfect.nnThank you!
Bethany is the best order taker I’ve seen I’ve become a regular here for my morning coffee and she is always polite, efficient but I never feel rushed and always has a smile on her face. The only order taker who asks if I’d like a receipt and always says goodbye I normally get people struggling to balance taking CODS and cashiering so they don’t say anything just stick the eftpos in your Face. Special mention to the cafe morning crew I wouldn’t buy coffee past 11am incase there on breaks, off etc. Don’t know there names unfortunately but the male crew trainer with glasses and the regular worker female with glasses do a phenomenal jobnnI bought a coffee past this time once and it was completely undrinkable wasn’t full no syrup and 4 pieces of ice in my iced latte that melted and watered it down by the time I drove around for them to remake it
