After a horrendous experience at penrith high st McDonald's yesterday, I resolved to try Col. Sanders fare. At KFC in Penrith Westfield, I received excellent customer service (the receipt said Bronwyn), and was given exactly what I ordered in about 5 minutes, the food was delicious and I couldn't pick any faults at all with the service. Massive contrast to McDonald's high st. Will be coming here again!

$5 bucket combo half full.
Ultimate burger meal. Half a chicken bit with hair. Not to mention un friendly staff. Never again. Thanks but no thanks.

Today i was served by a wonderful young lady, ayesha. She had a lovely smile on her face and it made me feel happy. She made sure our meal was all correct and was delivered in record time. I'd like to say thank you for the great customer service.
