Love the food from dominos always. But the service here is friendly but how after coming late still not made my garlic bread and have to wait 10 minutes for it to be made? Now my foods cold once home and I have to heat it up. Also still no thick shakes after 8 months+ is ridiculous.
This place has GOT to get its act together. The food was alright but the service was absolutely horrendous.nnFor example, last month I ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a desert. When it arrived, there was a pizza missing and no desert. I phoned the store letting them know they forgot some stuff. They apologised and said that they would send someone over to deliver the rest. 45 minutes pass and nobody arrives. I call back, they say they're sending someone right now. Another 40 minutes pass so I call back again, nobody answers, I try calling again, nobody answers, I try calling again, they send me straight to voicemail instead. After about 7 attempts, somebody picks up. I explain the situation and they say they're sending someone. After 30 minutes, a delivery driver finally arrives with my forgotten food. It's a shame because he seemed genuinely apologetic about the whole thing, I think he would be a better fit for running the store than whoever is right nownnAnother example, more recent: I order 2 pizzas and a desert, both arrive although I received the wrong desert. I call the store letting them know that there may have been a mix up and they said that they will let the driver know this is only 5 minutes after my food got dropped off I wait for upwards of an hour and nobody arrives. After my last experience, I don't even bother trying to call back, so me and potentially some other person were left with the wrong deserts.nnLike I said, the place NEEDS to get it's act together. Most of the staff seems to be no older than 19 and they NEED to be taught on how to handle things in a professional manner.
Ordered 2 pizzas. An hour has gone by and nothing has been delivered. We've called up 15 times and only once have they picked up, and that was only to hang up the phone. This is beyond a joke and should not be tolerated.
Arrived at the Blue Mountains in the evening and needed late night dinner- we managed to get in minutes before they closed, and they stayed open until 11 on the dot. They kept the pizza warm as we were on the way, and it totally hit the spot. Great store
If I could give no stars for this review, I would. Our delivery order never got delivered, and after waiting 1hr & 15mins we travelled to the Emu Plains store to collect it, were told they were “busy” when asked why we were not updated on the order/it was not delivered, and by the time we got it home it was completely cold. I then spent the next 3 weeks chasing up the store, store owner, regional management team, anyone who would help me get my $130 refund, and did not receive one phone call. I eventually received the refund and will NEVER order from Domino’s again. They are completely useless and I believe ignore you in the hopes you will give up on your refund!
