Pathetic pizzas, virtually no toppings. Supreme pizza missing basic toppings and hardly any cheese. This current franchisee deserves to go under like their predecessor who also short-changed their customers.
Staff is friendly and nice , service quality is excellent and the pizza is delicious I’would recommend trying these guys out
Average pizza they could make them better, and not like a 5 year old made them their Cheese Burger pizza is like having a mouth full of salt not nice at allFood: 3/5

Since reopening the staff are much nicer and the quality has improved all lot great work

This was the worst experience of my life. I was left here distraught and I have 11 hungry children awaiting their meals. I was promised my pizza promptly. This promise was quickly broken and not only that, but disrespected. I was lied to by the staff. How could they? I'm merely a hungry consumer and I'm treated like nothing. I questioned my self-worth. p.s still waiting for my pizza.
Absolutely appalling service! I'm disgusted as the pizza was not cut properly, my pizza is missing half the toppings and half the time I get left with the wrong pizza or the delivery driver claiming the "forgot" the money bag, oldest trick in the book to get big tips. will not be ordering from this store again absolutely disgusted.
Wow! Just wow! Order was delivered with the wrong drink. And after trying to convince us to take the Wrong drink, to our refusal. Driver got grumpy that he had to go back and grab the right one after making his own error. An HOUR, and 2 calls to the resteraunt later. And still no drink, the manager got argumentative over the phone, and told us to wait patiently, BARE IN MIND THIS IS AFTER AN HOUR!!! The manager had no desire to rectify the issue after clearly being in the wrong. Not to mention lack of respect to a customer who paid $15 in delivery fees, and now left waiting for AN HOUR for a driver's own stuff-up, on a DRINK NO LESS. Go somewhere else, honestly. That's my advice. There's plenty of other pizza establishments who actually care about making a quality meal, and keeping a loyal customer base. For $15 in delivery fees, you'd expect premium customer service. Especially since Menulog averages delivery for about $8-9.
Absolutely B-grade customer service from this store, the franchisee needs a lesson in community practice. won't honor discount codes, or offer the avertised code numbers from their website if you don't have them on hand how hard is it to apply to the order, surely they know them rude, arrogant and overpriced! Called up 5mins after placing my order to alter it and add to it as well as apply the code I found on their website and was told it was too late, the order is already out for delivery after 5 mins, I don't think so
