I ordered 2 hours ago. I finished on the phone after waiting 38 minutes from the delivery time when my food was supposed to arrive. When it arrived they dropped off THE WRONG order. Forgot 4 items including 3 large pizzas. I’m currently on the phone once again. And missing multiple things I ordered and paid over $100+ for a family dinner event. Not only is their waiting music horrendous but iv been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I’m only assuming there must be a few issues wrong with this store. Not only they had two drivers in the one vehicle so why has this issue occurred.?????
Would post negative stars if I could, where to start, -food: was DISGUSTING BURNT and basiclly inedible Ability to read the order placed notes on order asked for specific sauces, of the 3 that turned up NONE were that sauce, -customer service: was meant to recive a call back, never did. sadly not the first time. time for delivery- by the time the food arrived, the boxes were soggy, I mean the whole order was a cluster! wasted my money infact the order was so dissapointing it verges on criminal. verdict- I am going to avoide this place like its the plague. Discraceful.
Its ok. I found the staff friendly & helpfull like anywhere. The pizza,was very tasty. I liked the taste of Pizza hut pizza the first time i tried it in the late '60s? I will be back.Food: 4/5
The customer service was very poor. Had to wait for almost an hour to get the food and there was no water. So very bad Food: 1/5
Just like most Pizza huts. You don't really feel like a valued customer just another customer. I think the best evidence of this is the reply to all these reviews.
Ordered Pizza tonight and found a new ingredient. Chunks of what looks like gravel and sand under the cheese topping. Tried to call and was subsequently hung up on. Not impressed and won't be ordering again.
I have no word for this place Not the first time either Still no contact or email from the store or Pizza Hut going on 8 days now with out contact with the company
Pizza could have been good, I don't know, I just walked out an hour and fifteen minutes after I originally ordered when the pizza still wasn't even in the oven.
Everything was overcooked and the chicken pizza smelled off! Put in an incident report as i wanted a refund and the store is uncontactable. Still after 4 days no call back. Avoid this store and there incompetence.
